• Date of Transaction: 06-21-2026 • Amount owed: $132.00 • Express Scripts did not commit to providing any services to me because I never requested any services from them • Dispute is for receipt of product that was not ordered and or requested i.e. Dexcom G7 sensors that I have been getting from Luke AFB Pharmacy for the past 4+ years. • I contacted Express Scripts this morning upon receiving the product and was informed since the order was filled and received, I could not return the product, nor did they offer to write off the product which I fully understand however this has completely thrown off how I receive the prescriptions from Luke AFB.
