My experience from Store #2404-Manager: Sherry Olson, Seekonk, MA, 02771-Cashier: Jenna
I was in line to pay for my groceries (4/30/24 @7:39pm), and I noticed that the cashier wasn't hearing me talking/asking questions/comments, I thought she was ignoring. Well, she was ignoring me since she was on the phone the entire time! She had an ear phone piece and was able to hide it w/her long hair. Not only did I find it to be EXTREMELY RUDE, and a poor representation of the employees that represented your company, but I didn't even get my sale discounts! I've been an avid customer for decades!
Not only do I request the difference of my savings $, that I paid for, but I need store management to be more cognizant of the poor business practice from their employees!! I work for a bank, and my clients would be appalled if I wasn't providing stellar customer service!
