If I could give zero stars I would. I was at the pharmacy today to pick up my medication like I always do every 30 days for the past 2 years. The second I gave my date of birth the pharmacist said I was too early. I said no I’m here right on time. He raised his voice saying I told you before you can’t take 2 different drugs at the same time???? I had surgery June 6th. Two months ago. And it’s been 2 months since I had the other medication my surgeon prescribed. I said excuse me, I am not taking them at the same time. So when he went to look he said oh you’re right. I’m sorry, my bad!!!!!!!! I have never felt so belittled and embarrassed and ANGRY! This man has had multiple complaints by customers for his mean, arrogant, and unprofessional behavior. How dare he assume that I take my medications irresponsibly. I have never ever had to deal with this kind of abusive behavior by a pharmacist in my 47 years. How many people have to write in about this man before something is done? I have never had my medications filled early. Or have I ever even attempted to. I am there every 30 days religiously and thats it. I’m not a idiot. I know not to take both medications together. And if I have extra which I did that is none of his business. That is my business. So after 2 years of having zero issues to this is mind blowing. He knew he was wrong and looked like a jerk so he had to bring up medicine that was prescribed 2 months ago to make himself look better. I hope he is taught how to talk to customers who are just there to pick up their medications and go home because you are going to start losing a lot of business. You just lost mine. This is the Johnstown ny location. He is the main pharmacist.
