My complaint is the dentures made are not right & getting an appointment is very difficult. I make appointments & get calls cancelling because they have no Dr. in. This has gone on for two months. I had an appointment for today & when I arrived the little snot behind the desk (who has no manners); said I didn't have an appointment. What happened is they moved the appointment again but didn't notify me. At this point, I just want a refund and left a written statement saying so. She probably threw it away but I will take another with me when I go, on the 11th.
