I went to Aspen Dental near me and made/paid for a plan to have teeth pulled and temporary dentures made. This was paid for. The second step was going to be getting dental implants done but luckily we hadn't gotten that far yet. My problem is this: my dentures were horribly made and painful so I went back to have them fixed. They took them and said they fixed them but they were still not fitting correctly. So I go back again, they said they would have my top dentures ready for me and also I ended up having to have a cleaning done on my bottom teeth and fillings done. This time the dentures weren't finished and they said I had to come back. I got a call they were done and went back to find they weren't done. Also at this time I find out I have two accounts in their system for some reason, they say they'll fix it. I leave and call customer service and the person says a regional manager will contact me. Nobody ever contacted me. At this point I'm assuming the problem is just this one Aspen Dental location so I tried another one a bit further away and that's when I found out they don't all belong to the same ownership I guess? The new office I went to was confused off the rip because I have multiple accounts from the first office I dealt with. It's never been sorted out even today after talking to multiple people at that office about it. Even worse, the original office I went to was asked by the new location to send whatever dentures they had made for me to their office so we could get it sorted out. So I have an appointment to come back a little while later once the dentures arrived and go out their to find nobody there knows why I was told my dentures had arrived and they cannot find them. Also my records weren't transmitted correctly and they have to do new scan on my mouth. So I get that done and they say I have another cavity and need a cleaning and they're going to make sure to get my dentures by my next appointment. So I go back again for the cleaning and filling and now someone says they did receive my dentures but nobody knows where they are.
From then on I've tried to call to make appointments and nobody is picking up and nobody is calling me back. I haven't had teeth now for over a year even though Aspen Dental says they'll never send a customer away without teeth! Like that's literally a thing they have in their advertising! I can't believe the horrible way these offices are run, that they don't have dentists on staff half the time, they don't have dental surgeons or anesthetics! I had almost all my teeth pulled because they said my roots were dead and they didn't even give me gas for the procedure, just novacaine injections. Unbelievable! I need help! I either need dentures that work or money back because they made me pay upfront for this but have never come through on the deal we made!
