This experience at the Coral Gables Trader Joe's was upsetting. Despite my dissatisfaction with the product, the" Mate" , Marcia, not only refused a refund but also accused me of tampering with it by adding water. To then deny the return of the item itself without a refund feels unreasonable. Given this and past issues with Marcia, I believe a refund is warranted, especially since the accusation of altering the product seems unfounded.
