To whomever, I wanna voice a concern for the employees of kwik star in Waterloo, Iowa 875 Fisher dr.i know of couple elder employees who are presently ill,but can't take a day off to get to doctor, because they are short staffed and has been for a couple of months now, and the store manager doesn't seem to be concerned and isn't hiring help.and being a older adult,she either doesn't care or I don't know.but they are twice her age, and she doesn't understand that they can't work 12 hours like she wants them to,it takes a toll on the body, and mentally breaks them down.my wife works there, and she physically limited because the manager works her like she's 20, for years she's come home and literally can't partake in any family events because she sore,tired, wrecked.and in my opinion,her health is deteriorating because the manager won't get her help, and mentally she cries almost daily because of her, and not caring enough for her employees.and she is not a nice person.matter of fact I know she has lost many employees because of her attitude, and hypocritical behavior.she writes people up for not doing the right procedures, and she doesn't even practice the right procedures.she should value her employees and she doesn't.my wife doesn't have many years left on this earth.id like her death to be from natural causes and not from Christy over working her, and expecting to make numbers without months of help, and at the age of 60, hurrying is a thing of the past, and she gets upset with my wife.and I want to say sumthin to Christy, but I'm told not to, and the sick employees that can't go get treated because she fires and doesn't hire.a person's health is important.how are you going to get the best out of a employee if they are already broken down and can't get fixed.and I love my wife dearly, and we are supposed to enjoy these last year's of our lives together, not always worry if something gonna happen at work and she doesn't come home because of the work place.and the way Christy talks to her and all employees.id much rather see a change, instead of the employees walking on eggshells, because of her and her only., and I don't know what to tell my wife anymore when she comes home crying because she is working by herself, and gets yelled at, because she can't keep up, and has no help.i don't believe that is right.and i will be highly upset if my wife is hospitalized because of her selfish ways.
