Following an accident my truck was towed over 200 miles away for a mandatory valuation to determine if it was a total loss. The next day, I was contacted and told that claim was closed because it was opened by mistake. Now that the claim is closed Progressive refuses to cover the cost of returning my truck and told me to have it towed. They showed zero care or concern for the situation and no intention of making things right. Disgusting and disrespectful customer service by their claims department.
