8/13/24. Your door to door rep knocked on my door, I went to the door and told him, I'm not interested but Thank You. He said, What is it that you're not interested in? I said Anything you have to offer, Get off my property. He laughed and said he was only there to talk to me, I said again,Get off my property.He refused to leave and stood there continuing to laugh. I walked away to grab my phone,when I immediately came back, I was on the phone with my husband,describing your worker,Early 20-mid 20's of Oriental descent with a black Vivint shirt and hat to match,refusing to leave our property. Your worker then walked to the bottom of my stairs as if to taunt me because now he's standing on the sidewalk and he remained there for a good 4mins.1st incident was a 5pm, later that SAME night, I walked to my corner convenience store at 9:30, I seen the SAME worker my hair was different than earlier so he must not had noticed who I was, I stood about 10ft away from him, asked his name? He told me Jen, I asked what's his manager number? He gave me 801-200-5877. I called several times,no answer, left msg for cb. I emailed Nathan Wilcox with this same complaint and no response.Today 8/15/24 around 12:10pm, Your same worker walked up and down in front of my home 3x's,turned the 1st corner to my home and began laughing and smiling again. As I was on the phone with 855-476-2165, Call come in from 801-227-7000, I could tell it was Jen, When I asked if this was him he began laughing again like something off a horror movie, I hung up and called 911. They are currently looking for him. He has called again twice since the police left. I will not tolerate this unwanted harassment. I have made it clear 911 as well that if Jen or any other of your representatives comes onto my property again, They will ONLY leave when the morgue comes out. I don't want any problems but someone of management better address the situation. He's weird and creepy as hell. I've reported you to the BBB as well and I will be contacting the news media. No one should have to go through continuous annoyance of such and I WILL NOT,
