Almost 2-4 times per week, from the drive through, I order egg and cheese only on a biscuit, coffee and a hashbrown from Tim Hortons, 222 Baseline, Sherwood Park location. Yesterday, they gave me egg and cheese on English muffin instead. This morning I told them about their error and asked them to please give me what I order. I just wanted them to acknowledge their mistake and I was not looking for any free stuff. So, instead of apologizing about their mistake, this east Indian lady got mad at me and asked if I still had the sandwich from yesterday. She then refused to even listen to me. Horrible customer service. I tried to call that location but had no answer.
