4 year old refrigerator died, compressor, motherboard or both

4 year old refrigerator died, compressor, motherboard or both. Service contract was 3 tiered and unlivable with a 6 week window to even get looked at. Cancelled service contract, Purchased new Kitchenaid fridge , but cannot use filters purchased for old fridge. Kichenaid would not refund or exchange for the new filter needed, outside of a 30day return policy! Waited on phone for 40 minutes and then another 20 minutes to reach the supervisor. Terrible service! Computer site wouldn't allow registration so called in, was harassed that I spent too much for new warranty and I could have saved with Kitchenaid: he didn't know what I had been through until I then let him know. Had to hang up to get off the phone with him!
