can't get tru to talk to any body . i just get told they do not have a no. i sent all the paperwork on case no 966 933 by fax which they said they received. but when i talked to someone in service they said you only refund on cancellations or delays not on false information which i proved in my papers i sent. com .
I was wrongly given information about my trip to Tenn by one of your employees an had to wait 5 hrs for the right time. Mary Ellen Baldwin
