My reservation was confirmed.
Ten minutes later I received an email saying the property was not available.
This put me in a bad situation since I have an upcoming meeting I am scheduled for so I hurried around and secured another location.
The owner of the first location will not allow a refund and is blaming me; I spoke with Customer Service and they were not helpful at all.
They said it was my fault so I am out the money due to an error they caused by sending me an email telling me the property was not available.
Very deceptive and fraudulent.
