The Cheesecake Factory

I'm not sure if you are aware, but you have a current employee at the green hills location that goes by the name of Lashawn Howard... she has a background and a charge for kidnapping, my family and I later learned about it while she was working and on the phone discussing it with someone and we looked her up...

we have never felt so unsafe and disappointed before. I hope proper actions are taken on this matter.

I had a big issue at westlake ohio location experienced racism terrible service i had to pay for inadequate items. Its despicable

My mother and I wanted to enjoy a nice dinner at the Cheesecake Factory in Milwaukee. We waited at the bar for 40 mins for a table and barely got served drinks because we weren’t being severed, after being seated at our table we waited 20 mins to get a bread basket and

once our food was brought out they mentioned that the food that I had ordered wasn’t able to be ordered. The experience was awful and I will never be returning again

My wife & I arrived at the Cheesecake Factory for dinner at 6:20 on 01/01/2023. The receptionist took my phone # and we were told that they will text us when our table was ready in about 20 to 25 minutes.

After waiting approx 45 minutes I checked in again after waiting on line & we were told that our name was called around 6:35 but we should wait probably another 10 minutes prior to being seated. We never received a text until 7:30 when we got seated.

So they had the correct phone # but never texted us. We normally enjoy our meals at The Cheesecake Factory but this was so unprofessionally staffed & managed. Right after we finally got seated my wife & I just got up & walked out.

This was enough abuse for 1 evening.

Location, 7067, Friars Road, San Diego. CA92108 December 20, 2020 around 7:30 to 8 pm. We’re waiting for table by cheesecake area one employee got our attention the way he was serve cheesecake for Customer no wearing gloves, touch every single cheesecakes slice, wipe his hands on apron even his mouth after he made a drink to herself and

My boyfriend and I went to the Cheesecake Factory in Framingham, Massachusetts located in the Natick Mall for the first time. We approached the front desk and was greeted by a nice hostess who told us that there was a 40 minute wait.

She then proceeded to tell us to speak with the other host, who was in charge of sitting people. He was dismissive towards us almost automatically. We gave him my boyfriends number and name, and we were waiting for the text, so we went shopping.

After about 40 minutes we returned to the restaurant. At this point we haven’t received a text. We wait a little longer, and it was about at an hour my boyfriend goes up to the desk to kindly check when we were to be seated.

The same host, still dismissive, said that they sent a text, which we never received a text,…

The server was so spacey and he really didn’t even make eye contact with myself or my wife!! He was picking his nose and picking his teeth !! It was absolutely disgusting!! He also came within inches of hitting my wife in the head with a plate!!

It was Christmas Eve and our honeymoon!! Ali G was his name and he ruined our experience!! I told the manager and he said he would talk to him after we left!! But that wasn’t the first time experience for my wife that I wanted!!! Do better Cheesecake Factory!!!

On December 20, 2022; While at Sawgrass Mall shopping I decided to order takeout at the Cheesecake Factory. On our way to the restaurant it started raining. My family and I which consists of 2 adults, 1 teenager, 1 child and 2 babies (6 months and 3 months).

We all went inside and I asked the hostess about a to go order and she then gave me the menu. We then went outside to sit down before ordering. After deciding with the help of one of the waiters that approached us on the outside.

He was helpful when I told him I was ordering togo, he answered my questions and helped me choose my meals. He then told me to go inside and place the order. I went inside to the podium where the hostess was standing to give my order then she directed me to the bakery area to place my order.

I went over and…

At 5:32pm on Dec 18, 2022 thru Doordash, I ordered chicken madiera and lemon garlic shrimp noodles. This is what we found from the chicken madiera, 1 pc of METAL like a hard wire embedded in the chicken. It was good that my 87 yr old husband was able to cough it out when he felt something strange!

Otherwise he could have swallowed it or it could get stuck and pierce his throat. I have the metal incase you want to check how it got into the food. It is much thicker than a stapler wire. Corazon Bachini Hueston

Over hour wait for food…food was ice cold when finally received. I think someone was given my order and they returned it back when they found out it was not their food. Everything all thrown together in container mixed together.

My order was list until I kept insisting someone let me know something. I ordered herb crusted salmon with asparagus and mash potatoes.

After receiving terrible service we got home and within about 7hours we were violently vomiting and couldn’t leave our restroom. We have food poisoning. We tried sending our meal back because we knew it was bad after we had ate only a few bites and we were told it would Be about a hour wait so we decided not to wait and to pay our $100( additional 20$ tip) bill and leave.

Between the service and the food poisoning I would truly like a full refund.

Richmond Va rude waitress ! I will never go back because she told me never to return ! Robinson is her last name on weekends

No stars my husband waited over an hour for his food and it was all cold and the order wasn’t correct. This is ridiculous. Sorry we spent a lot of money for the to go order.

Worst experience ever. C. we had a 2hr wait which was fine we did a little Christmas shopping while we waited. After 2 hrs went by still no table. Checked in with front of the house manager she reinsurance us that we would be seated soon.

3 hrs & 26 minutes we waited. Sat us at the table the waitress was good at first until she started taking our orders. The orders was placed everybody's food came out one at a time at least 5 to 7 minutes apart.

Which everyone's food should have came out at the same time I know how the kitchen is ran front of the house and back of the house I am a EKM myself. So some of the guests was eating before others and then when we did receive our food the food quality was dead from sitting in the window for such a long time.

So after we closed out the meal and…

Good Morning i went to the mall in pleasanton yesterday and decided to order cursibe to take home with us. So i set up a time 3:45pm to have the food ready , that time came and went with no word.

So i called the restaurant many times and it just keep ringing no answer.

Finally someone comes out at 4:05 with an order, of course she brought out the someone elses order to me so she had to go back , which took another 10 mins at this point the food was cold and disgusting. What is the point of setting a time to pick up and it not being ready.

Very disappointing service and food. I love going there but will go to different location from now on.

This is actually the third time I emailed your company, regarding the same visit. Last Friday I went to destiny mall Syracuse NY and had a terrible experience at Cheesecake Factory. The waitresses were rude, and after we ordrrrd we didn’t see anyone for 45 minutes, meanwhile the table next to us had 3 different parties while we sat waiting for food, waiting for bill .

Actually 2 hours for a simple lunch, I was so mad I said something to the waitress and she was very nasty, so I left her a very small tip, her name was Rochelle, she ran out into the mall and screamed in front of everyone about the tip being small, I immediately went in and spoke to a male manager who just blew it off.

We eat at your restaurant in Pittsford many times and have never been treated so badly, and I have emailed…

Hello,

I'm writing to report an incident I had at the CrabTree Mall location.

A friend and I went to the restaurant for dinner. Our waiter, "Raza" came over, introduced himself, took our drink order and he returned to the table and stated they did not have Cuervo 1800 Gold. That was fine. I stated any Gold tequila was fine. Raza came back to our table with a white tequila on the rocks. As a former waiter, bartender and Bar Owner, I figured because he was a young guy, he may not be experienced in cocktail varieties. That's a normal occurrence in the industry, we all have to start somewhere is my thinking. I then said, I'll go look at the options at the bar. Raza then stormed off from our table in a huff, it was more than obvious that he was not in the waiting table mood if I may use that…

m. 5 hrs wait for a party of 8 not a problem we left a phone number and browsed the mall we returned to the restaurant at1:45 because they had not contacted us yet Hostess said about 10 more minutes after another 30 minutes we then

got called by the hostess who said they would not be able to seat a party of eight this is absolutely not acceptable to make people wait for hours and then not even a sorry just we can't help you if we has been told at 11:30 we could have gone to numerous other restaurants in the mall

My food order (bang Bang chicken and shrimp. It was awful. I’ve ordered is many times. The sauce was not correct, flavor and color was way off. the veggies consisted of raw shredded carrots, straight out of a salad. My gosh the chicken were small cubes of frozen Tyson grilled chicken pieces. 3 small shrimp. All for $24.

Up the price, reduce portion size but bad quality will put you out of business

Sunday November 6th,2022, my two children and I had dinner at Cheesecake Factory on Michigan Ave in Chicago. This was the worse experience ever at this location.

Upon entering the restaurant, there was a lot of water inside front revolving door. Our shoes got wet.

Upon ordering our food, my daughter and I went to use the restroom, which was out of order. We were told to go outside the restaurant and use the one in the building which was also unavailable according to the Security. Our waitress told us they are working on fixing the restroom and she will let us know when it’s ready. That never happened.

When our food came, my son discovered after having few bites of his cheeseburger there was a small piece of meat on his plate? Looked like from someone else leftover plate. We showed this…

On Friday October 21st I dined at Yorkdale’s Cheesecake Factory and it was not a pleasurable experience.

I arrived at the location at 2:20pm and proceeded to the front hostess to reserve a table. It was quite empty but I knew there would be a wait as we asked for a table of 6 as well as accessibility for a baby stroller. I also said we can accommodate a table of 8 if that was a shorter wait time as we could put the car seat on a chair.

I was told the wait would be approximately 40 minutes, a reasonable so our party decided to wait for the table. My party and I returned just before 3pm and asked how much longer and we were told another 20 more minutes. Every time someone went to ask for the wait time, we were told a different estimation as we kept following up because people after us were…

My husband and I both ordered the fish and chips. It was absolutely horrible. It was dripping grease and several pieces were just batter. I was extremely disappointed since we always have a good meal here. I did not complain at the restaurant because I do not like it when the manager approach's the table and makes a scene.

Thank you Linda Galetti

I went to the cheesecake factory in Brea California. Ordered the Shrimp Scampi and in the Steak Diane and the potatoes were hard as rocks. It was my birthday celebration. The Cheese cake factory is 20 miles from my house. I ordered takeout. The management. Did seem very compassionate.

Please offer a sampler of your cheesecakes. I love them all, but u can't order more than one. A sampler platter would allow me to expand my tastes and I would more apt to try flavors I wouldn't ordinarily eat.

Terrible service. Waited for 45 minutes with a hungry toddler and then only one plate came out. Manager came to apologize and explain that the next plates would be out shortly. He asked if we wanted anything in the meantime while we wait.

We said no thank you. At no point during our visit we're our waters refilled or our old plates removed or were we checked on by our waitress. Got the bill, nothing was comped. Not one thing. Left a star because the food was good.

Went to the location in jacksonville fl town center. We were a party of 6 to celebrate an engagement. Poor planning on our part. Never should have went here. We were seating in a small booth with a chair at the end.

A waitress walking by kept bumping into the chair and even at one point pushed the chair in with a grown up sitting in it. She thru some negative comments, We were sent to sit somewhere else. Lost our amazing waiter, since it wasnt his area.

When the food came out it was all wrong, burger was raw, salmon was fishy and had 3 asparagus, fries weren't given with the burgers, the side salad was basically a handful of leaves. I spoke to the manager who brushed me away an said I’ll take care of it.

Never heard or saw him again the cheesecake slices were small and sour. Overall we…

Hello, I'm writing today because of the horrible experience I had with the Cheesecake Factory that is not sitting right with me a day later. Never in my life have I had such a bad experience like this. For starters, my husband & I drove about an hour away and when we arrived we were told to wait. I gave my phone number and was told I would be notified when my table was ready. About 20 minutes later, we were seated. As CF regulars, We have our usual order that we get every time we go.

We sat down and were not served any bread or drinks for a good 20-30 min. I had a bad feeling about the service and wanted to leave for another location, but we stayed and waited. Finally the server came around and gave us bread (no water yet) and asked if we were ready to order. We wanted to first order…

Re: CF 1 Maple Ave, White Plains, NY 10601. Visit 10/2/22. When me and party were seated the waiter was great and everything seemed fine. Shortly after our food arrived. Small bugs begin to fly around our food. We sat swatting the flys away.

We alerted the waiter of the small bugs, he apologized & continued on. One of the bugs landed on our butter. I asked to speak to the manager and it did not go well. One of my guest have the Picture of the bug on the butter, I can send at a later date.

I’m really disappointed with how the manager handle my concern. Said, “I’m not discounting a bill for a little bug on a pat of butter” I do not have enough room to type the entire situation. Would love to have someone contact me regarding this matter. Thank you!

Went into the Cheesecake factory establishment to celebrate my wife's 20 year anniversary. Only to have the person taking seating charts to eat there . Very rude gentleman asked me are you sure you want to eat here. Then told me it's an hour and a half wait since they opened at 10am.

I found the place slow . Plenty of tables. Me and my wife left. Unfortunately my wife Jennifer was crying since the servers there were rude . Cheesecake factory in Seattle no longer works for me.

I dined at Cheesecake Factory at Freehold, NJ, and used my gift card. Couple weeks later, I realized that the gift card balance was taken out $15 as tip by the server without my consent. I raised my concern and complain to Cheesecake Factory. They don't care and just ignore. Please aware of using their GIFT CARD!!!

The server was a young man. I hope this is not the practice of all the server. Worse if this is the practice of the Freehold restaurant (May be the Cheesecake Factory company?)

Ordered the steak Diane and it was terribile at the Broad and Walnut store in philadelphia. Told waitress when she came around She asked if I wanted a takeot conntainer and I saif no because the food was tasteless and all she said was oh and then proceeded to ask me did I want desert..

Informed waitress and all she said was oh. WHY would try to upsell to a unhappy customer instead of offering a solution to the issue! My experience was a total departure from Cheesecake standards for customer service, and quality This occured on 9/2.

Thanks for taking the time to read

I went to the Temecula location and the fettuccine was not cooked all the way. The sauce was good but the uncooked pasta ruined our meal.

Our server Newman N was unattentive, rude and had a very bad and poor attitude. I have visited the same location :7700 W. Northwest Hwy Dallas, TX 75225 several times and have never been treated and had such poor service ever before.

Went to the cheesecake factory in Lincolnshire Illinois for a special occasion after being seated and our waiter who was very pleasant asked if we were ready to order. I asked for Chicken piccata and my husband ordered steak, which they were out of both and several more items that we tried to order.

I understand one dish but several of them! We ended up ordering something we didn't even want just so we could eat. I asked the waiter if that was common being out of so many dishes and he said lately yes!

We won't be returning to that cheesecake factory!

My son has been working for the Cheesecake Factory @ the Tacoma Mall a while now.... 3-6 months.

He has worked all his shifts & also came in on his days off when the management asked him to.

I personally do not like how he has been treated there when the management staff said he did something & he did not know what he did.

This last time happened 7/26/22 the management came at him @ the dish pit while he was busy trying to keep up so the restaurant doesnt run out of pans & silverware. (2 other employees were on a break) so he was by himself. He stated to management can you wait til after the other 2 employees come back from their breaks? They stated no & tried to get him to sign something with no explanation & when he stated "I ain't signing until I can read it or have my lawyer read…

The worst experience ever the young lady called me slow because I couldn't pronounce a word on the menu so I got up and I walked out of the restaurant I thought that it was bad for business and I no longer wanted to eat there and I love cheesecake factory so this bothered me I think you guys need to give your employees a little bit more training and

let them know that the customers are always right and never argue with a customer . As I was walking away from the table I heard the young lady called me a black nigger

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had from the start. Waitress was a train wreck. Never introduced herself, so no idea what her name was. Took forever to get bread. Ordered a moscato, got a proseco. Ran out of butter, asked he for more, she went to another table and never got my butter.

Had to get up and go to servers counter and ask. Someone brought the appertizer and she never returned for our dinner order until after the manager took the appertizer plate. He is the one who brought my butter. I’m sitting here writing this and she has not returned to ask if we need anything.

I have an empty wine glass and could use some water. She must be scared, cause she’s the only staff still wearing a mask at the Dadeland Miami store. Terrible terrible. Oh, by the way, there was no beef for…

Hi i came today to eat at Sherman oaks cheesecake The worker hang hoang was really with attitude She ask for my phone number and I told her I don’t want to give my and she said ok u will Wait over 20 mins and I told her ok And she said I can call Security for no reason next to my wife and my kids I eat here over 18 Years I never felt like that She is not belong to cheesecake member

I like your bread (Whole Wheat Loaf and Sour Dough Loaf) and I go to cheese cake factory Waikiki to buy the bread once two weeks. I went there this morning (25th July 12:01pm) and bought bread. A woman employee asked me if I needed butter and I said yes but she threw the butter in the paper bag I was holding in.

I was so startled, but I didn't say anything and said thank you to her but she didn't look at me and didn't say anything. I like to go there to buy my favorite bread, but the attitude of the employee offended me.

I think that the attitude of the employee l should be improved even for other customers.

I couldn’t even eat it! u all need to do better! 5million followers to this restaurant. The response to my complaint at the restaurant was poor!!! Period

This places is so dirty bathroom overflow no toilet paper garbage to the top at 7 pm Sunday I just went to wash hands before eat there and the impression was terrible place After that the service was bad too same plate went back 3 times because the sauce shrimp scampi over fettuccine they send red sauce Alfredo sauce so we got tire and left we ask for a drink to start and soda for the food they have all the times mix up they bring one food at the time with 20 minutes difference between each other 3 people when I finish eating mine they bring the alcoholic drinks when this should be in the beginning My friend got the scampi cold after 3 times fettuccine hard garbage food really the girl didn’t know how to ask in the kitchen or the cheff didn’t understand shrimp scampi?

The quality and the service is my problem. This was not just once this was the second time this has occurred at this location. I have pictures this time. I would like to hear from someone regarding this matter What is that???

Thus is not the Cheesecake factory quality that I am used to

We were seated and ordered and after sitting for 40 minutes our waitress came and told us the kitchen was having issues. She said she told her manager we were waiting for a long time. She brought French fries and refilled our sodas.

After another 20 minutes they brought our food out. The bang chi n/shrimp had 2 small pieces of tuff chicken and the shrimp was fishy. My husbands trio was inedible. The Alfredo pasta was rubbery and there was not a drop of sauce.

The rigatoni was burnt on the bottom and cold on top. I couldn’t tell you if else receive a break in the bill as the manager never came to the table.!! In the way out I order two slices of cheese cake to go and the girl behind the counter literally yelled at me when I couldn’t hear her.

I am not one to complain, usually. The…

No toilet paper in women's restroom.

Hello, I wanted to voice my concern while visiting the Columbia Cheesecake Factory. My wife and I went to your establishment for brunch and was very disappointed with the service. When we arrived, we asked for a cappuccino and a caramel macchiato and when the Fri is came, there was no sleeve for the HOT cup of caramel macchiato drink. In addition.

when we ordered our food, it took over 25 mins before we even saw any food. When the food came the eggs were over cooked and cold. I then called for the manager and told her about the issue and she said she would take care of it.

After receiving the bill, I noticed that I was charged for a extra side of eggs.

Finally I pay my bill and leave. Very dissatisfied with the service as well as being charged for extra food.

I WENT IN FOR A SECOND JOB INTERVIEW, BUT YET GOT A 3RD DEGREE, I'VE BEEN LIVING IN SAN DIEGO 15 YEARS, I'M FROM NEW ORLEANS, AND WERE ASKED WHY I MOVED HERE, WHAT BRINGS ME HERE AND YET THEY HAVE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN MEXICO, WHY DID THEY COME HERE, I HAVE 41 YEARS EXPERIENCE , THEY WERE LOOKING AT MY AGE AND RACE.!!!

I dined in at the Cheesecake Factory in Lenox Square. The establishment had several knats flying around. I noticed them once the food came to the table. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich with mac and cheese. I took one bite out of both and didn't like it.

My server Don said that his manager can issue me a refund. I paid for my food before the whole order came out because I was on lunch at the time and didn't have enough time to waste. I asked for to- go plates to come out along with my food.

The manager came to the table and said I can't send my food back just because I didn't like it. Which was confusing to me because my friend got to send her dish back because she has braces and her food was too hard and cold.

The manager was trying to convince us that the food wasn't old and was…
