my name is mike ramos sr. my tmobile phone # was live. i have been a customer of your co. for almost 5 years. I was recently diagnosed with a cancer in the liver. I should be starting treatment soon.

Unfortunately, i want to cancell all my fininacial debts and also cancel all my account. Is there anything that i can do to have it erased i just don't want to leave my family, wife in debt. i had seveal calls from our local t mobile office that it was time to upgrade our phones (we talked with kira in the twinfalls id. , we are seniors on a fixed income so we wanted easy cheap phones that we could figure out easily. 00 @ the store.

00 charge on it i was confused so i called t mobile customer service they said it would be that way for 20 mos. i asked for what? 99 each and we had a insurance on the phones. i was shocked!!!

i told him that i paid for the phones at the t mobile store, he informed me that was just a down payment. kira NEVER informed us of this or the ins. if i would of been informed of this ahead of time i surely would of gotten our phones elsewhere.

this is very upsetting to us we can not afford this and we were misinformed by kira and we feel she cheated us.…

I have been a T-Mobil customer for 12 years. 99. My son had one of three phones on my plan. 99 fee for that phone. When I tried to tell this to the lady helping me from T-Mobil, she insisted that I needed to pay for the third phone. 00 disconnect fee.

At that time I explaned to Lisa #0854450 that I should have not had to pay any thing at all for that third line because my original contract was for three lines. 99 a month extra. I have been paying that extra amount now since 2008.

My question now is what is T-Mobil going to do about the money now due back to me?

in february of 2011 i entered into a 2 year contract with tmobile, which will expire in feb 2013. i entered the contract for an HTC G2 phone. you had to change the phone twice because it had the same problems which was that i would send text to one particular telephone number and a different number would receive it.

the wrong people would get my messages that were not intended fot them. 00 $. i accepted the exchange after been assured that this would not change my contract in any way. but they defrauded me or lied to me because they changed the contract.

i have been with tmobile over twelve years. i resently upgrade my phone and plan and was given misinformation. this information caused me to purchase a phone and plan i would have skipped because of the price. 00 dollars a month.

00 dollars he then told me. 00 dollar and a down payment. i than told him i could not afford a down payment then. 00 dollars plus taxes. i agreed to this price and accepted the plan and bought the phones. 13.

l spoke to nicole in loyalty prices they fianally gave me a discount said l should havegotten a text message and gave 100. Discount our conversatios with pricing and the breakdown were repeated multiple times also said had Nicole at loyalty repeat it more then3x.

We recently relocated from las vegas nv 89156 to cloverdale va 24077 & we are having problems making & receiving calls. We also tried to find a store so we could address our issues & came to find out there are no stores anywhere in the area.

We need to switch providers since these are our only phones & we want to keep our original numbers with a 540 area code. We've been loyal customers in the past & wish we could continue but we need better phone coverage.

I went into T-mobile to see about getting a replacement phone for the one I had which was messing up and I was coming up on the end of my contract so when the loyalty rep was contacted they had offered to pay my next phone bill if I upgraded to the new Samsung Galaxy s3.

To do so not only did I pay $250 out of pocket I also had to upgrade my plan to unlimited everything which I would be paying about ten dollars more a month for and renew my contract. When I got my bill I was upset to see that it says I owe 130$ when it was supposed to be paid for.

When I went in about it they said they couldn't honor their word. I am very upset with t-mobile, I was blatantly lied to and if I would have known this I never would have upgraded and renewed my contract.

phone number - 516.395.6623 October 2, 2012 I called t-mobile to add unlimited talk, text and internet. The person I spoke with quoted me a price of $40.00 or thereabouts for all three services. In addition, she told me I'd have to agree to a two year contract. Also that I would get a phone with all the features and $100 in credit. When I told my son of this plan, he told me it was impossible. So, I called a few days later (spending over an hour of my time) to question whether the information I was given was correct. Well, needless to say, the next person I spoke with told me I was mistaken. I am a college graduate with a BA degree, I don't get things like this wrong. On October 5th, 2012, I spoke with Crystal, your customer service representative regarding a upgrade on my phone. We chatted for a few minutes on what I was looking for. 00 . Per our conversation, she was well aware on how much I wanted my overall bill. 00 a month.

Last month when I went to pay my bill at The North Riverside IL. location, I went to the counter and the employee(not sure of his name) asked me if I wanted to lower the cost of my monthly bill. I said yes.

At no time did he say it was to extend my contract 24 months, had he said that I would have said "NO"! He made it sound like I could lower my bill with no contract extension. I would also like to add that I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years and I don't appreciate the run around I recieved.

I called the customer sevice line three times and get hung up on twice. The phone customer service said I had to go to the store to resolve this matter. I went to the store and they couldn't help me either.

Service started 10-15-12; talk to customer service on 2 different times, I was told there was service in Chester Co. C. when I started the service; since then company said there is no service in that area. The phones are not doing me any good .

Re: Account No. 43925598, Invoice No. V00864492643. My Nov. 12 bill incorrectly indicated that I had not paid my Oct. 83. I did pay the cheque and it was debited to my account on Oct 16th 2012. I contacted your customer service department on at least 5 occasions.

Despite being an A1 customer for 16 years, no-one accepted my word and instead of your accounts dept. investigating, I was asked for proof. I have worked in accounts for 32 years and tried my utmost to explain but I found everybody I spoke to: ignorant of accounting procedures, unco-operative and rude.

I have mobile sevice through T-Moble. When I am work for about 8 to 10 hours, I can't get any service on my phone, but yet they are charging me for Unlimited service. I can't even diall 911 for emergencies. Everytime you call that stupdi troubleshooting department is is like calling out of the country and you speaking a foreign language. My advice is to put some funds into a real Troubleshooting department and not just have people answering the phone and trying to resolve the issue by reading a book.

moved to north carolina .had limited service . went to tmobile store (said phone was damaged by water) purchaced a new phone.still had same problems with service.went back to tmobile store .said they would swap out gallaxy phone for a cheap my touch phone.said again was damaged by water.) lie phone was out of the box and used with same problems showing up. took pictures of phones no service next to phone with service and showing my phone # with phone. I am paying for 4g service unlimited data and text on all phones. not to mention was charged to down grade a gallaxy phone to a my touch.

I recently got on my step father Philp Shields account number 834307278 and joined his account to get T-mobile. I signed up August 30th. When i was signing up, I had asked about the Galaxy 3 and the representative for pushing me to get the Galaxy S.

I didn't want that phone and I wasn't going to fight it. So he signed me up for the Galaxy S and sent the phone to me a week later. I was noticing that I wasn't getting any service at my job at Eastlake Albertsons.

I am writing this complaint memo after talking to one of the Tmobile respresentative. I asked this person when my contract will end and I know for a fact that it was ending on January 2013. I know this because I had previously confirmed this date and anticipating the end of the Tmobile contract due to reasons of hidden costs and charges, and when checked into it I was given the end date of January 2013 which I agreed with knowingly that I had signed a 2 year contract.

My name is michael carbone my acct# is 874444632. On 12/31/12 I dropped my previous carrier that I had for 12 years and came to T-Mobil for service. At the location I was told there was no contract and I would just have to pay the price of the phones and monthly fee.

And I was told there would be service available for me in Camden, NJ and there is not. My wife cannot make calls freely because the phones states for emergency calls only and the mobile network is not available, and this happens whenever it wants to.

I have been a customer for 6 years with minimal problems until June. on and on. Phone doesn't ring, doesn't light up. Then after replacing at least 3 times, on Thanksgiving I lost all internet, facebook and basically all applications would not work except receiving phone calls, making calls, text messages at times.

But I could not upload or download text files or pictures! The excuses and bogus help has been a joke. I am shocked at how they have blown me off. I have called and spoken to several individuals that were somewhat helpful and one that was a complete and total idiot.

the tmob store on 144th ave and i 25 said my area in Lochbuie would be good to excellent. In this belief i have obtained the service - however the service keeps dropping the signal its 2 g not 4 g and their customer service blames it on my hot spot device.

O. Box 37380 Albuquerque, NM 87176-7380 December 1, 2012 In November, I call to upgrade my phone to the new Samsung Galaxy. I was told that I needed a new plan for this phone. We discussed it and I said I would change to go along with the phone.

During about the middle of each month, I am unable to check usage & messages online. This is the second month this had happened & I've only had service for two months! I have called and complained Numerous times and spoke to numerous supervisors & get the Run around each time.

I went to a local tmobil store to upgrade my phone. The lady told us that it would be cheaper if we would just change our plan from the fave fives that we have had since we got tmobil to 1000 minute contract.

00 plus tax on to our bill for a migration fee. 00 fee a month for my phone for 20 months. 00 plus some change. 60. I am so sick of people at the tmobil store treating customers like crap once they get their sale/commision. m.

My account # is 364735326. My t-mobil cell # is 727-804-7757. On 9-09-12 I spoke to Dominique E. 99. I told her as an 8 year customer with t-mobil; that I didn't want to switch if she could match that offer.

3 months ago I got over minutes charge $90 form 1 of my kid's phone. I called T-mobile ,they give me a discount %50 off ($45) because I'm one of the long time customer but I have to renew 2 years contract and they need to change to new plant to unlimited to prevent over minutes charge, I said OK.

I've been with Tmobile since 2009. I initially had 3 lines. On October 2012 I purchased my daughter a phone for her birthday 10/06/12. I have been overcharged tremendously. -$400 over the normal high price of $250. per month. My phone has been disconnected several times for no reason even after I have paid it already.

Every month a representative from the overages department contacts me to let me know of these extra charges. It's because another representative calls to tell me, since one line didn't go over 500 minutes that I didn't need unlimited. Therefore it's changed.

The next month the representative calls me to tell me my overages are over $400.! It's like it's a set up. I've always wanted unlimited because I have teenagers. It's a shame how they charge you so much and make you pay…

I don't have a contract with T-Mobile because I was using the 50 dollar plan without contract for two phone numbers. they are charging me for early termination, which I think is not right. The reason why I am writing this complaint is how they have being charging me almost $200 every month for having a 50 dollar plan for two tmobile phone numbers, even when I have my own phones.

I have called T-Mobile a total of 13 times within the last 2 and half months. I bought a home on August 3rd and have had horrible service since I moved in. The internet never works and my calls drop constantly, unless I am standing in the corner of my back yard.

I call T-Mobile all time about my issues and they can never resolve them. Their own Tech Support department has told me that I have poor service in my area. I was told to write a letter to their customer relations department and send a copy of my utility bill.

I wroet the letter and sent my gas bill in early September and got a letter back 3 weeks later stating that I had coverage and there was nothing they could do for me. If I had coverage I would not be wasting countless hours on the phone with this company.

I have three lines and two of my lines were not on contract only one was on contract.

However, I was charged a $204 charge for number 3134146066. That has not been used or on contract and the company is trying to charge me a fee. I did not authorize or have that number under contract, the contract has been over for a long time.

I spoke to someone in custom services a three - four weeks ago and they credit my account, now recently I was told I had a contract fee for a phone with month-month services.

I have been a loyal customer of t-moblie for years, I even picked up the contract when my ex husband dropped it. I would like to waive the contract fee. I am experiencing constant dropped calls and my son does not get reception anywhere we live or where he goes. I have been with T-mobile for 12 years. I moved to NC and found the services to be sub-par to what is advertized.

T-Mobile charged all my 3 lines and it was over $200. I called a customer rep and I was told I had insurance on the 2 of the 3 phones. I did not add insurance nor would of due to the high deductables. I received an apology and was credited.

The complaint I have is as follows;

1) There was much static and fading in and out on calls. I have been a loyal customer of TMobile for many years. I decided about 2 months ago that I needed to upgrade my phone in order that I could get better service at my home. I have very poor TMobile coverage in my area although we are in a major city in Alabama.

I use my cell phone for my business so it is critical to have good service. I elected to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S3 due to the WiFi calling feature on the phone. As soon as I received my phone I connected to my home WiFi network and started trying to use my new phone.

On my first call the call dropped from WiFi about 2 minutes into the call. This consistently continue to occur so I contacted TMobile Support and we went through numerous setup review on the phone and finally decided that a master reset needed to be done.

Phone number 347-245-6213. I was trying to do a change in ownership about 5 days ago with tmobile from my sisters name to my name and when we did everything the person I spoke to said that he was going to put it in and

all I had to pay was the $300 deposit just to have it under my name but everything would remain the same. I would like to cancel my contract and was told that in order to cancel my contract I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee.

I do not see why I would have to pay a $200 cancellation fee if they opened it as a new account. I would like to get my $300 deposit without paying $200! I have at least a 20 day grace period to cancel the account so I am requesting my refund! Thank you!

I renew my contract 17 months ago ,i do have a second person in my account and also have a family plan together , when i renew my contract i was never told that if i renew contract my other line will also be under new contract since we have family plan ,i find out until now when i want to cancel my other line with the following number 310 8006325 ,if the representative had told me that if i renew contract my other line would be affected i wouldnt do it , thank u in advance , i just want to cancel the line mention above since his contract is up .

My t-mobile contract was re-newed without my permission or awarness. I was not notified that my contract was expired or about to expire. I was not sent any information that my contract was being re-newed, or questioned as to wether or not I wanted to re-new.

Now you are trying to tell me that if I want to cancel my service, I will have to pay breach of contract fees. This is unacceptable. It is unfair and criminal. Please do not re-new my contract. I do not want to keep my mobile service with t-mobile.

I will forward this to the BBB & the FCC to verify that I have sent t-mobile, in writing , notice that I do not want to re-new my contract with them.

I have called t-mobile several times concerning that i get dropped calls and internet not working properly. They have sent me several phones and still have the same problem. My work require that I have a phone and internet, I informed the rep that I had to get another internet service because this one is not just working, they inturn told me to get my money back from the other company because theirs worked.

11/29/2012 I called back to inform t-mobile that still having the same problem after them telling me earlier was in a 4g network and had 3g phone needed to get 4g phone in which i did, I was also told that I was just in a bad area and if i had several phone with the same problem it would not work to do anything else.

Now hearing that I think I should be reinburst for my services since…

My wife and I have been loyal customers of T-mobile for over 10 years. Not one time in that ten years has our bill been late or short. We have been told "all" cell phones drop calls. After talking with people that have other carriers we soon found out that T-Mobiles frequency of dropped calls is much greater than any of the other carriers.

After being assured that T-mobile was building a better network we signed another contract in May of 2012. We were told that by buying "better phones" our service would "greatly increase". None of what we were told has been true.

I spent over a hour talking with three customer service people yesterday (11/25/2012). I told each one of them that I drop calls everyday. For proof look at my #1902 and my added line #3104. You will see about 95% of the time…
