During my flight on March 4th, my bag was torn on the Handle part.

Can there be a voucher given so that I can replace this?

Its the most useless airline on the planet!!!

They lost 2 of my bags with all our personal belongings, clothes, car keys and house keys!!!

Their staff is a bunch of incompetent and illiterate workers, they cant help a person nor communicate with a person!!!

At OR Tambo they said I must make a case i did so, the case number is JNBSA 49620.

They said they will get back to me in 24 hours still no communication from them, if i don’t contact them they will never contact a person back!!!

United Airlines are the only people that can trace our bags on their system because we flew with them from Canada to Washington!!!

Our bags is in Washington South African Airways get them to South Africa!!!
