I bought a LazyBoy recliner from Slumberland in July 2020. It was delivered in November 2020. Over the last month, I have noticed that I 'sit' crooked in the chair. When I am sitting in it, the left side seems to be lower than the right. My back is starting to bother me from not sitting straight. We looked at the springs underneath, and they seem to be ok, but the cushion seems to be 'less' plump on the one side.
What do you suggest I do?
I have never had a bad experience with LazyBoy before. My dad had a furniture store ( for many years, but he died 28 years ago) and he sold a lot of Lazyboy pieces of furniture. I have a leather Lazyboy that is over 15 years old - and still in good shape.
