I departed on a business trip from CMH (Columbus, OH, USA) on Sat., Jun. 9 2018 @ 5:16 PM via UA515 to ORD. I checked one bag to ARN (stockholm Airport). I connected to SK 946 in ORD in Terminal 5 and arrived at ARN on Sun., Jun. 10, 12:30 PM.
Upon arrival at ARN, I became aware that my luggage did not arrive and filed a lost luggage claim with SAS and was assigned the above number. I was instructed to call in daily to check on the status of her luggage which she did. Each time spoke to a person and was informed as follows, “there’s no information in the system; wait for an SMS message”.
Not knowing when my luggage would be located/received, and because I was hosting and attending business…
