Sir,
1. I had purchased a Double Door Refrigerator Model no. 551 L RT 56K6378SL Real SSL from Reliance Retail Ltd, Kolkata on 19.02.2018. To my surprise I found the upper part of the Handle of the main door has come out only the lower part is intact.
2. I am surprised in such a short time of 1½ years how come handle has come out of its place.
3. My request to arrange the fixing of handle under warranty as I am told that the entire Door needs to be replaced. I trust you will honour this request.
