Pch lotto site rarely has $100 card to play.Have made this complaint before.Suggest remove $100 card from the game.Also prior days game opening tokens sometimes do not appear.Pch instant win also does not have opening tokens from prior days game. Thanks

I’ve been a member of PCH for more than 25 years, I got a friends request from some one claiming to be from PCH and he informed me I was a winner and that all I had to do was to fill out a form to receive the cash or check.

I think it is a scam. Am I right? There is a photo of him with a PCH logo behind him in the text I received.

com home page is the worst I have every played. The games are slow, or don't work at all. clear cache and cookies. for over 2 weeks now nothing has been done to fix the problems with their website....

I have recently become somewhat addicted to the WORD FINDER game (fast). real words in the dictionary. nun, hoe, gay,slut,sex. Is the creator of this program (or maintenance dept) somehow screening words which may have some negative connotation? Seems like there is censorship going on.

These are generally accepted words which should not be censored. I can't imagine why the word, Hoe for example which means a gardening tool or nun or gay should in any way be censored. Or is it that the individuals writing or monitoring these games are so unfamiliar with acceptable dictionary words.

It's very annoying and makes me less interested in playing.

I have been participating in the pch sweepstakes for over ten years. My concern is as I am consistently persuaded to order prior to completing the entry is frustrating. So I have ordered several times the items that I would like to try, The quality of the products are poor and not durable. I recently ordered the pathway solar lights. After I got them, they were poor quality and now just sitting up in my garage. My main concern is I never receive the gifts at the $30 dollar value.

Being billed for an item I DID NOT ORDER OR ACCEPT!

Customer service, discounts not applied, had to call twice! When asking about how many payments were applied, they could not answer. Rude about answering and one shared he saw a last payment 4 years ago when I made 3 this year alone. Not helpful at all.

I have cancelled my account. They keep mailing me stuff. I have a $86.75 refund that just never seems to come. On June 7, 2021 "Tony" told me the check would be in a few days, up to two weeks. It did not come. I called back, reached a woman this time, she said nothing was in the system for a refund check. So she says she entered it to be refunded. Here it is July 20th and no check.

Well my name is Barbara Scroggins and I am a VIP ELITE and have been for quite a while know. I play everyday and I usually get harassed daily weather it be taking my tokens while I'm playing , get put off Line while I'm playing in the tournaments .

Also when I play pchlotto quick cash, ther is already a three hour and 45 minute timer in place, and when the time has expired if I try to play it the timer starts ALL over again preventing me from being able not to ever be able to win. Scores also change right before my eyes while I'm playing pchslots and pchapp tournaments .

I have been told that I won 50 thousand for years but have never ever received any prize payouts from PCH!!!

Each lantern is approximately 5 3/4 inches tall. I have received no other lanterns. I have summitted a check in the amount of $15.04 which you have received and processed. I have a balance on that order of $15.00.

I do not intend to complete the payment on this order until after I receive the other seven lanterns ordered. I have paid slightly more than half the total price of this order and have received less than half of the order. According to USPS tracking my order was delivered on June 10, 2021. The tracking does not take into account that multiple boxes were required to ship this order.

I have order a Mini Food Chopper about 8 months ago it absolutely does not work! I called complained and they said the would send me another chopper, they did and again right out of the box it again did not even turn off!!!!

I would rather have a refund! 08 less the mini chopper and have been holding off paying them,I’m wondering if they like not receiving the money owed them???? I don’t like receiving inferior products that don’t work and paying for them.

You need to either getting better bookkeepers who know how to keep accurate check on payments or check your computer system that updates people's accounts. My bill shows no overdue payment, but I get a phone call telling me I owe close to $200 in overdue payments!

I send a payment every month and the check clears every month! Who is getting my money? Is it being appliedto my account? Someone is doing a shoddy job at keeping accurate records of my payments and current balance! My bill I get doesn't even show an overdue balance!

I ordered two rolls of lavender seeds along with hummingbird plants they came in during the winter, and I've been holding on to the seeds for 6 to 7 months they were supposed to mail them to me in the springtime to plant.
