Pioneer

I bought a brand new pioneer car stereo for my wife's car.

After the new year I called and asked specifically " how much will it cost to hook up a new stereo into a car" he asked for my car make and model and preceded to tell me that it would cost about 70 dollars.

After he said this I went ahead and scheduled an appointment.

When I got to the register the auto bay technician said that it would be 132.

00.

The other guy failed to mention that I had to pay for additional parts.

I am pretty irate because I borrowed my wife's car and left work early to get it installed both of which were a complete waste of time.

I will report this to company reviews because it is really illegal not to give full disclosure of costs and any hidden fees.
