Pei wei Asian Diner

I have dined at the Frisco & Fire wheel locations with no problems. The Casa Linda Location was very bad. I had the new Bourbon chicken my wife had Sesame chicken and we both wanted a lettuce wrap. The young lady was hard to understand.

When she would try to explain an item she would turn to the kitchen and we could not hear her. I swear I thought the bourbon chicken was tofu. Squishy ,fatty, nasty. We wanted noodles but were not told it was an upcharge.

My chicken was not fit to eat. Our meal was over $50 dollars and I had water. I won't go back to that location and hope all your locations have not turned into this. Our visit was 08/27/23

The quantity about the food is low every time we go they say 7oz chicken but there is no 7 oz chicken and the rice quantity is low to what we pay but we don’t get enough on rich or chicken I go there every week to eat food is good and tasty so please take care of the quality

I have been a customer of the Pei Wei in Surprise, AZ for at least 10 years. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and good value. On Saturday February 25, I did not have a good experience—mainly because your manager made a series of foolish decisions.

I tried to phone in my order around 4:15 pm. Nobody picked up. Turns out, when I got to the store, I was told “the phones were out of order”. Ok, that happens. I placed my order in person and attempted to pay with cash—which I always do at restaurants and have always done at Pei Wei. That is when the trouble began. The female cashier told me “our system is down, you can only pay with credit card”. The bill was for $24.17. (enclosed) I offered the girl $24 in cash and said “you eat the 17 cents”. She replied, “I’ll get the manager”.

My order #15882483954237442 1. They should not offer curbside option since they do not answer text or phone call when you arrive. 2. They do not answer their main store phone calls 3. At 1:04p today when I had to get out and go inside for my to go curbside order there was not 1 person in restaurant, 2 cooks and one girl at register . She asked my name and handed me my cold food , no apologies . 3. I paid for crab puffs and did not receive them 4. Edamame was almost frozen cold . 5 they forgot to add the chicken in my Asian salad .

I expect a response back and some credit back on my account . This is ridiculous!!!!!

I placed a to-go order so I took a seat in the dinning area since it was going to be about 10 minutes. As I was waiting I was talking on my cell phone and witnessed an employee do something on the computer screen, go refill her fountain drink then went back to the computer to I assume clock out.

The employee then proceeded to go over by the food and ask one of the men behind the counter to hand her the container filled with the crispy wontons. She looked around twice to make sure no one was looking and then proceeded to put her WHOLE HAND in there twice and grabbed a handful of the wontons each time.

I was appalled and literally disguised especially when I found out the man who handed her the container was the manager. I understand why people don't like to eat out nowadays, this was…

com (but I rarely check it). I had a pick up order for 5:15 pm on Saturday. I called to check in at 5:05 knowing I was early . 5:25 and my order is still not ready, so I call again.

They finally bring out my order at 5:38pm After driving 30 minutes u don’t expect to have to wait over 30 min when u ordered for pickup hours prior. I was definitely dissatisfied at this level of service. I’m usually happy with pei wei - that’s why I drove 30 min for it :(

Pei Wei #0089 (8412 Preston Rd, Plano 75024) has an active working MANAGER employee, Rudy. who has tested positive for COVID. This has been confirmed by the employees of this store. They were warned to “wear masks and stay away”.

He should NOT be working for another 2 weeks. Nov 20, 2022 within 24 hours he gastes tested positive for COVID and is WORKING IN THE KITCHEN.

I ordered a chicken salad and when I arrived home, the salad was not fresher and I received mostly bell peppers & cilantro. I called the store to let them know the manager was arguing with me as If he didn’t believe me.

He did not offer an apology nor did he offer a new salad. I could not return there as I was already home. The manager’s name is Mario @ The Sugarland Store. I have been going to pei wei for the last 10 yrs and this is the first time that I have had a bad experienced .

Mario should have simply apologized and offer me a new salad instead of questioning my integrity. He needs to go back to customer service training. Thanks.

Ordered the orange chicken with lo mein with extra sauce. I picked up my order and returned home. When I open my dish the orange chicken had almost no sauce and dry. The low mein was nothing more the steamed spaghetti noodles.

It was by far the worst meal I have ever had from pei wei. I called. The restaurant to log a complaint. The member who answered was the one who took my order and said they would refund the total about of my order 2 orange chicken meals 1 with rice the other low mein. 00. that was last week.

I followed up today with Alex and so far have been on hold for over an hour for the store manager. I would like the refund completed and someone to address the poor quality of food and service at the 1604 and Bandera rd pei wei.

I ordered Mongolian beef and rice to go. The beef was so tough that I couldn’t even chew it. The sauce was extremely salty. The only thing eatable was the rice. Extremely disappointing.
