1st order was somehow canceled.
While checking delivery,I found that out.no email explaining it.
Ordered again the next week.
Was told 4 week delivery. when carrier got couch and chair,they called for delivery time.
They said delivery would be an additional 1 and 1/2 weeks.
On delivery day, carrier showed up with chair only and said couch was lost.
They would do a doc search to locate it.
1 week later, I called overstock to find out results.
They said they needed another 72 hrs for another doc search.
1 week again, I called.
No couch.
Due to such poor service I said to issue me a full refund.
They said I couldnt get a refund on chair because I had it.
Does me no good without the couch.
After 2 more calls and 4 hrs later, I was finally issued a 1/2 refund on Visa, but had to…
