Hi I brought in my 2011 Nissan Murano SL for diagnostic testing at Star Nissan and they charged $5046 for all the replacements and servicing in July 2018 through Geico. As soon as I got home about 5 days later, the car starting humming and It never hummed before they fixed it.

Even after I called and said there's a loud humming noise. They said I have to pay for more diagnostic tests. Now the humming sounds like an airplane taking off. They said it could be the hub replacement, which they should of checked before I picked it up.

Now they said I have to pay for this noise?? I think Nissan should fixed this problem because I hardly drive the car. For the past year, I went only 5000 miles. My 18 year old daughter drives to a local college .

and now I have to worry if my daughter is SAFE…
