Customer service was not based in the US, I could not understand them they could not understand me. They did not send me the proper paperwork for the policy I requested. And then sent me another policy for a different and additional fee instead of one for one fee.
Horrible horrible customer service no accountability no apology I will never ever ever do business with them again or refer anyone to them and I work with 105 senior citizens I will tell them to stay away from this company.
