I am a extra large coffee drinker two - three times a day ,and as often as IAM in your South Florida stores, IAM and have been ,extremely dismayed at the lack of "proper /adequate" preparation of certain menu items ,like the bagels which ,when I order , lightly toasted with butter and cream cheese, IAM served a lightly bagel with butter that has not even melted and barely any cream cheese to taste.
, Then I will sometimes order a big and toasted ,but always ask to make the bacon crisp ,and it never fails that your stores fail to make it crisp. Had your manager at this store make a mistake on the register and wanted to charge me $7 + for an extra large coffee and a bagel lightly toasted with butter and
cream cheese ,the when I asked her if that was really the correct total,she looked at…
