7 cu washer stopped working. After several service calls it cannot be repaired. Called Maytag customer service and got stuck in continual loop of voice prompts that lead nowhere then drops my calls. Worst service ever !!!!!

I have a 26 month old Maytag washer that does not turn on. To fix it would cost 420$ for a new control panel. This washer is in a second home so it has been used about 3 months a year.

Maytag will not stand behind their project since it is over 2 years.

Model MVWB765FW4 SER CX0973614. I purchased a washer just about 2 years ago for nearly $1000. It completely broke. The rotar and something else. I have spent hundreds of dollars having to go to the laundry mat. It has been over a month and part is still not in.

Also, my washer has water still in it as lid can't be opened. Will my washer be ruined? I thought Maytag was more reputable and I am so upset about this. I want assistance asap and would like to be reimbursed for the money it has cost me.

Bought a washer machine less than 3 years ago, is not working, I can not get no one to fix it for free because is Unger 10 year warranty on parts and it needs a new motor and gear case that is included under warranty, I am very frustrated.

I purchased maytag washer on 8/11/22. It has been problematic since first load. It was more than 48 hrs and Lowes referred me back to Maytag. Have talked with 5 different representatives. Had two tech visits, and another scheduled. Was notified if tech found nothing wrong I would be charged $105. I canceled it.

The spin is not adequate, clothes are quite wet, not just damp as advertised. I am completely disgusted . Have been asking to return this machine since the first problem, which was vilolently vibrating. Unless the "tech" identifies the problem there is no avenue for exchange.

Dryer not even a year old stopped working in August they have been out 6 times and is still not working now I have to wait 21 more days for another part and who knows if that part is even going to fix it. Horrible customer service I will never buy another Maytag/Whirpool appliance or any appliance that these companies are associated with. They state they only replace if their technician deems unrepairable well apparently 6 parts later your technician is incompetent and it is unrepairable.

New washer and dryer delivered yesterday. No operating instructions. Had hook up instructions for dryer and thats all. What happened to operating instructions? The s ervice for sales and delivery were excellent but was disappointed in no operating manuals. That is very poor for new appliances.

Purchased a new washer 2 years ago and now electronics are fried. no help from Maytag had to buy a new washer. won't be Maytag

I purchased a washer and dryer (order # WA74159473) at Home Depot on 11/23/19. The washer started dripping water on the inside and not spinning. I called and had a repair man come on 12/19/19, he could not fix it as he needed parts.

He came back on 12/23/19 and put the parts in. On 12/24/19 I went to do laundry and the same problem started. I again called and made an appointment for 12/16/19. On the morning of 12/26/19 I get a call from the repair center says they were sorry, but need to cancel the appointment the tech had an emergency.

I have now taken off all this time to service a brand new washing machine. I have laundry that has not been done in weeks. I am the Director of Operations for a large health company, I can not keep taking off.

tHE WASHING MACHINE WILL NOT ALL0W PROPER AMOUNT WATER IN TUB TO WET THE CLOTHES THEREFORE IT IS NOT CLEANING THE CLOTHES AND SOME NOT EVEN GETTING WET. Tired of buying shirts only to wash them and get full of holes. This new low water efficiency crap is ridiculous. Get it together Maytag or buy my clothes. Literally all of my shirts have holes. Don’t was good shirts in a Maytag. They’ll be trashed!

I purchased the Maytag Bravos XL thinking it would do the trick for larger bulkier items. I WAS WRONG. I cant even put in a small loan without EVERY item being wrinkled and creased with lint lines. I washed my King size sheets today and when I pulled them out of the washer the entire middle section wasn't even wet. THAT IS OBSERD.

It doesn't matter how many lint catchers I put in the washer sucks. When I wash my sons football jersey or workout clothes , They come out smelling just as bad as when I put them in. I find myself washing the same load 2 or 3 times.

I REGRET THIS purchase so much. I also bought the dryer. The only complaint is all the clothes are wrinkled but I feel its more of an issue from the washer. In addition the lint lines are still on ALL THE CLOTHES when I get them out…

Purchased Maytag dryer model MEDB835DW4. Has not worked properky or consistantly since i got it. Has multiple inssues. I read reviews and saw that may others have had same problems.

Finally just gave uo and ordered another Maytag dryer with simpler features. Maytag nor Lowes would work with me on giving a refund or some credit towards new purchase. I have always use Maytag. It's sad that they just don't care about their customers.

If they had taken any time they would have seen the multiple complaints about this dryer and given somekind of credit for a new one.
