have the receipt. I really felt bad because the manager acted as if I wasn’t telling the truth. I’m 75 years old and I felt disrespected. My purchase was in July and both pairs broke .

I paid my account off mid-January 2026. I sent my via my banks bill pay service. Later in January I looked at my account and a late fee had been assessed with the message I am behind in my payment.

I called Macy's customer service (outsourced), not only was my call dropped, it was dropped repeatedly. With that not one of the customer service representatives understood the issue. This process has continued well into February. I continuously requested a contact person or department to correspond with.

Apparently this is not possible. I attempted to send some documentation from my bank to the email address I was given. It is a general email address, one has to hope it is looked at not to mention understood. **I add here that to make matters worse my bank outsources customer service also**

In Destiny Mall my husband went to the 1st store he could. He just wanted Ted a scooter because he can't walk too far without one. He talked to both emoyees. They were no help at all & very disrespectful to a Veteran.

Old debit card number was on the Macy’s app and they still charged my card which was declined because the card was terminated months ago. (My mistake) I receive a new charge to my account ( New Debit card ) for half the order.

My daughter got a gold chain for Christmas from her grandmother. The chain broke three times between the December and February. I went to Macy’s at the Palisades Mall in Nanuet and it was a day past 90 days they refused to exchange it for another necklace.

I am at my wits end with Macys' handling of a replacement dinning table. My unfortunate journey goes back to 12/8/2022!!! I purchased a dinning room set with a full warranty from a great sales associate who was knowledgeable and professional!!.

Sent me the wrong size on 2 shirts, twice. Did not credit once all shirts in the wrong size returned. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with their thick-accented foreign employees trying to get a credit. Two have outright LIED to me telling me they would credit in full and close the account.

I have been fighting this for 7 months. Wrote 3 letters to Citibank without response. Balance partially adjusted to less than twenty bucks, but then they added 2 months' late fees and interest. And lastly, put it on my (over 800) credit score that I had a delinquent account with a balance due of over ninety dollars.
