Went in to get my car repainted a new color. They said it will take a week and a half and it actually taken them 3 and half weeks to get it done. About 3 months later the paint already started to peel off.

Their so call warranty is suppose to last 3 years. They try to charge me to repaint it again even though the warranty covers the paint if it starts peeling.

They quoted me one thing, and then charged me more for things they didn't even bother telling me about until the day I picked the car up. Seemed to be the way they do business. Not shocking I'm adding another bad review to this one star rated facility.

Had to get truck painted twice and they done worse than the first ..we called corporate and they said they investigated our complaint but she never got back to us after we sent pictures of what they done to my truck..I am very disappointed in macco and would not recommend them to nobody!!!! I contacted 2 different maacos in my area (4515 N Dixie Hwy Oakland Park, FL 33334 and 4907 N. University Dr Lauderhill, FL 33351) to inquire about the advertised paint specials;$399 and $499. The first location explained to me that they do offer both but it is never that price.

It usually turns out to be $600 and up. I inquired as to why this is and was told that they change for masking the car, preparing the vehicle, add additives to the paint (hardener and other components) and there are different types of paints.

The cheapest at $600 would be the enamel paint. I explained to the manager that I already prep the vehicle by sanding it down with 320 then 600 grit sandpaper. He said they will still need to charge for prep.

Dropped my car off to fix 2 spots on my bumper that were missing clear coat when they called me yesterday they told me that while they were removing the tape that it messed up the paint on another panel and they would split the cost w me but I had to pay to have it fixed I worked a double yesterday last night I rode by there to see my car it was left unlocked, dirty inside and

out and there are several places that have issues on the car my car was well kept just had detailed it the day before dropping it off so I have pictures to prove my car was in good shape the owner was beyond rude and I want my car fixed as it was when I dropped it off he refused to help

00 dollars cheaper they were honest enough to tell me the turn around time was 2 to 3 weeks out, I spent the extra money solely to get my vehicle back in the time frame i had to have it in, I explained to the office manager that I coming to get my car Friday at 845 AM and it needs to be completed and I expect absolutly no added fees, this is defrauding a patron and is illegal in Washington state, if my car is not ready by said time on Friday I will be pursuing this to great lengths.

After leaving my 1990 Lexus LS400 for body work with Maaco over 6 months, I returned to get the mileage information today because I changed the status of the car to antique. What I found was unacceptable. My middle console was totally destroyed my radio on the floor and harness cut to pieces.

I brought this to Barry Pursell - Sales Manager at the location and he had no clue how this could have happen to my car. " This is outrageous that my car was vandalized while on Maaco Property.

I’m complaining about the macco on sunrise blvd in rancho Cordova Ca , one of the owners there been having my car there for about 4 months and also charged me for 5 hours to fix two small minor dents in a door you couldn’t even tell there was a dent there but my main complaint is about how long they have had my car I already paid them so that’s why I think there taking so long with my car

Work was done at store M2652. Invoice #7385. I call about this Complaint on 9/17/21. No one has called me back as of yet. I paid for the Premium Base/Clear Coat service. My paint job has No shine. I complained to Don right away.

I had my car painted in Burien,WA totally not the color I asked for car was over painted in some areas no paint in some was told to come back eventually owner passed away business closed down. Was told I have 5yr warranty and to take car to Maaco Kent WA and they will handle my car it has been almost 3 weeks my car has been sitting in Kent untouched the owner refuses to get on phone to handle the situation instead I'm being told that they are waiting on corporate I have to take Uber due to lack of work being done on my car I will no longer recommend these people to anyone

Had aftermarket headlights installed and one was said it was broken when they installed it. But was not told to me till I wanted to be reimbursed for buying new ones. Nowhere in my paper work does it state that headlights were broken before be installed.

I just wa t to be reimbursed for having to by new headlights. The manager was rude and ask me to leave when I wanted him to talk to my lawyer. Hopefully we can get this situation resolved. Won't ever use this company again.

I called and got ahold of the new employee who took over for the person i have worked with for the past several years. They gave me a phone number to send pictures, after several days of no response i called the number and got ahold of someone who told how bad the paint looked but had absolutely nothing to do with Maaco.

On 7/31/19 I dropped my truck off for a cut and weld to get rid of the rust above my rear wheels. I was told a week. It took two weeks. An inconvenience but not the end of the world.

After 6 months I started noticing inperfections but nothing major so I decided to let it go. Now Less than two years later my new paint job is bubbling up. I took my truck back to the Maaco shop in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Poor customer service, and less than average work. Was expecting better for their top tier/premium package. Was estimated 4-7 days. The car was there for 13 days before being worked on. And the owner, Bill had a bad attitude and seemed confrontational because I was “telling him how to do his job” because they never contacted me by phone and never responded to my emails to both his business and personal email.

Had them remove front bumper because it was damaged while there, and they acted like they didn’t notice, and really had to push for them to fix it. Has been pushed in/dented and has multiples cracks, chips, and wrinkles. You have now had my car for 9 weeks. I drive for a living in my own car and am about to lose my job because you won't return my car to me. You quoted me an estimate and said it would be 10 days.

It has been 9 weeks and you still aren't finished (or started), will not return phone calls, and in general have been the worst body shop I have ever been to. This is ridiculous! I can find car parts, why can't you?

In regard to my estimate, you also filed a supplemental claim with my insurance without my authorization. Maybe this is because you can't bother to call me back or communicate at all. I am absolutely livid. I can't wait to put a review everywhere I can online.

I recently had the worst experience and customer service I've ever had in my life. I took my daughter's truck in to get a fresh color change paint job for her graduation and birthday present. I dropped the truck off on Monday 6/21/21 and got it back Thursday 7/15/21 with issues still not corrected and was told not to come back. I went over all the issues with the manager(s) in person 5 times during that time span and got told each time everything would be taken care of which did not happen. I brought my F250 in for a full paint job. There was minimal body work to be done only to the drivers door, (surface rust approx 3 in diameter) I stripped the truck of everything to include lights, panel moldings, bed rails and emblems.

I wanted to give them an easy task of preparing and painting my vehicle. When I picked the vehicle up, I noticed the drip caps were not replaced as asked and they were not on the truck at all. I blew this off as an honest mistake and let them order them.

I took my vehicle to the Maaco in Plano, Tx on summit dr. I had a door painted and some body work done. The body work looked pretty but the door was not. The door was painted badly and it was installed properly.

I went over the work with Maaco agent and manager they both tried to get to think the is supposed to have a gap at bottom of door. I was not notified it was if they thought I would pull off without checking work.

I am filing a complaint against the Maaco shop located in 1120 George Jenkins Blvd Lakeland, FL. 33815. This is the shop which I took my 2020 silver Civic to be serviced due to a paint chip and a scratch.

The complaint is in regards to the damage done to my car while in the care of the Maaco workshop and the nonchalant attitude the store manager Dave had towards my concern of the damage when I brought it to his attention. As I mentioned, the main damage I took my car to this shop for was a paint chip on the lower left corner of the driver door and a light scratch above the rear driver-side wheel-well.

The owner of the shop on South East st in Indianapolis have had my truck for over 2 months now!!! He keep telling me work he going do to my truck and the work don’t get done in the timely manner he tell me he going do something!!

If I could give zero stars I would. This has been the absolute worst experience of my life dealing with Maaco. My car has more things wrong with it then when I sent it in. My seat belts are broken and don’t work, I have holes inside my car from missing pieces that weren’t missing before.

I have called customer service multiple times and NO ONE has called me back. What a complete joke. Don’t ever get your car done at Maaco. Beware, they are all unprofessional and they will RUIN your car. I can’t believe that my car is STILL missing pieces months after picking it up.

I dropped my vehicle off at Maaco store #2308 on 3/8/2020 and was finally able to pick my vehicle up on 4/27/2020. They told me it would take 10 days! On four different occasions they had to re-work my vehicle.

On my first inspection of the vehicle there was lots of paint drippage, paint tape was still on the vehicle, and pores in the paint. This was obviously a rush job and they thought I would be ok with the poor quality and customer service.

I wanted to get both rear wells repaired. It had surface bubbles, we agreed to cutting out the metal in the wheel wells to extend longer life of rear wheel wells. The work was done June 2019. At the time to pick up vehicle, there were still numerous defects in the paint and prep work at pick up.

I left vehicle for them to correct the defects pointed out. The second time for pickup a few days later , there were still defects that was not corrected. I just left from there today. 00 to work on the truck again who never corrected the issue from the initial pickup of the vehicle.
