We bought a 55 inch television in July, 2011.
In Oct.
2011 we had a problem with the TV.
Benchmark Electronics came out the very next day and said I needed a new part.
He submitted this to LG.
The part was out of stock and I would have to wait for it to come in.
No problem!
Part comes in a week later, TV is fixed...for the moment!
In Dec.
2011 another problem with the TV!
Call LG again.
Again, Benchmark comes right out and says that I need a new television and he submitted the paperwork.
This was the beginning of Dec.
I figure we should have the new TV prior to Christmas, which is fine.
A few days before Christmas I decide to call LG to find out what is going on.
Of course the part, once again, is out of stock and I would have to wait 10 days before they would begin the…
