I attempted to get the matter resolved and was met with what boiled down to a bunch of bs.

I was up charged $1.

50 because I wanted one of the three pieces to be a breast, which was NOT stated on the menu nor told to me at the speaker.

I was also charged $.

99 separately for the biscuit that came with the meal.

I had to leave because I didn’t want to get angry or upset with anyone.

How do we resolve this matter?
