I just st ate a meal , or so called, some ginger chicken thing , not even an eighth ounce chicken , wow I feel so ripped off , I'll never buy this product again , you have a lot of nerve charging what you do for such a lame meal

I would like to file a complaint about an online representative named Sarah May. She wouldn't accept my receipt for rewards even though it met all qualifications. I have been purchasing LC meals for years, much longer than I have been subscribing to your rewards program.

I am disabled and nearly blind due to my diabetes but I could read the receipt well. She claimed it was crooked and she at first couldn't read the date then said the cost when it was clear. I am not sure what her issue was but it really hurt this old ladies feelings.

She sure give LC a bad name. She ruined not only my day but my meal as well. Very poor customer service that left me feeling just terrible.

I love Lean Cuisine Spinach and Mushroom pizza & purchase them frequently. Unfortunately, when I opened one for myself today, it was lacking the cellophane wrapper. Can you make this right? 00 away. Thank you!!

I often buy their Lean Cuisine White Vermont macaroni and cheese, and it’s usually delicious! The last two batches that I purchased from Food Lion in Carolina Beach,NC, we’re not up to par. Usually the noodles are soft but have a firmness and the sauce is creamy; not these two times.

The noodles were the same consistency as the sauce and the sauce was so thick, together it was like eating a gluey, flourish bowl of mush! The flavor was bland, and it was just dissatisfying, sorry, but food is too expensive these days for a single mom, and that is not the experience I want when I don’t have to cook for a change!

I just purchased, and attempted to eat, your shrimp scampi frozen dinner. It was so gross! But that's not even my complaint. I know that when trying to eat new frozen dinners, it's a gamble. But it didn't even have any shrimp!!!

I will never buy that again. And I don't think I will be eating another one of your dinners again for a long time. That's how disgusting I found it.

I bought two turkey with whipped sweet potato meals. there was no plastic wrap over them. Both freezer burned and dried out. Very disappointing

I love Lean Cuisine and why I was so disappointed when I bought the Chicken Sesame and there was one "small" piece of chicken! ?

Purchased a spaghetti with meatballs meal. There was less than a tablespoon of sauce, the pasta was rubber and the meatballs were inedible. To add to that, the online complaint for on their website is non-functional. Photos of the meal are attached.

I often buy lean cuisine,the above product shows about5 pieces of chicken on the box, after opening this product I found one piece of chicken: I believe this could be considered false advertising, looks like the price is up and for that less chicken. ,

We bought one of your Lean Cuisine Bowls (Oven Fried Chicken w Mashed Potatoes). The picture on the box showed the bowl overflowing with, what appeared to be, large pieces of chicken. When I opened it up what I found was four or five small chicken nuggets.

The meal was mostly soupy mashed potatoes. This was obviously a case of intentional false advertising. We will never purchase any of your products again.

I bought the steak portabella meal and the whole section where the broccoli was supposed to be was empty. This was what I brought for lunch at work!

just a heads up as a big fan of your chicken fried rice,, your recent change you made to it is terrible I no longer buy it..I love having them on my freezer for a quick meal or snack, adding shrimp was awesome. The changes you made was a big mistake you guys changed your chicken tender product also a few yrs back and completely destroyed a great product. these particular two products were my frozen dinner favorites real sorry to lose them

The "new and improved" sesame chicken is disgusting. There is a weird taste to the chicken I can't quite identify and the texture is disgusting. I loved it the way it was. I will not buy it again.

My swedish meatball lean cuisine only has 2 little meatballs, wow! sad Pretty soon there wont be any meatballs so then what? Just swedish noodles? smh

I have always enjoyed Lean Cuisine until recently. A few months back I choked on a big piece of plastic that was in the Portobello and beef meal. Today I cooked the Sesame Chicken and when I pulled back the plastic to stir it there was a big glob of something white.

I put in a Turkey and apple meal and when I got close to finishing it I found small pieces of clear plastic in the apples. The plastic looked like the tray, but I did not see any breakage. I do not trust their product anymore and will not be eating it anymore.

I had an Alfredo Pasta with chicken and broccoli dinner that I found chicken bone in. I am grateful I was eating it and not a child. this is the second time I have found bones in a meal. I enjoy these meals but this make me sad.

I have lost 10 pounds so far eating lean cuisine meals along with salad or vegetable fruits nuts green tea and water I have gain plenty of energy. The meals are delicious. I cut my grocery bill in half. I am completely happy with lean cuisine

I have bought Lean Cuisine Apple Cranberry Chicken.twice. Both times the clear plastic cover was not fully attached and the container was full with ice inside. It has not happened with the other Lean Cuisine I have bought.

the last 10 turkey medallions with apples and sweet potatoes have been really bad.. the dressing is so hard you can't eat it. no I dnt overcook them. plez look into this for me ty

I got a beef in red wine sauce with garlic mash, it all tasted fine but to my disgust I had one piece of meat the size of my thumb nail what a rip off, I would have thought a company that size would have made sure the amount of meat that should go into each meal. Felt ripped off

A bone was in my chicken Parmesan meal and I chipped my tooth on it

I opened a package of enchilada suiza and there was no enchilada, only rice and sauce!

Your new and improved LeanCusiine turkey and apples product is very unsatisfactory. Not only have you increased the calories, but you have increased the sodium from 660-770! This is totally unsatisfactory for my diet, and I am a frequent purchaser.

In addition, the new product tasted "gummy" both the dressing and the apples. I am so disappointed as I eat this product as part of my regular diet. I will no longer purchase this product.

Glazed Chicken has always been my favorite of Lean Cuisine meals. It became scarce for a period of about a year at my grocery store, Kroger, as well as stores in my area which is middle Georgia. Recently I found some ; don’t recall which grocery store as I do “fill in” buying at various stores.

When I cooked it, I was sorely disappointed. It has been changed so much that the original tastiness is just gone. Didn’t even eat it all. WHY? That’s my question

First let me say I have always been a real fan of Lean Cusienne!!

However, things have changed in your company! At first, I thought well maybe just a bad batch! But, after several times getting the same.... no it is not! One of my favorites when dieting especially is Sphagetti with Meat Sauce!!

It has become almost laughable as to how little meat is actually in the product! Tonight when I prepared it it had actually less than a tablespoon because as I showed my husband by separating the meat from the tomatoes!

Several friends and families have said the same has happened to them and they buy it anymore! I have been a faithful customer but I will be among many people I know that will not pay this kind of money for noodles!

Why do you think we the public, won’t notice??? I have also heard…

I recently discovered Lean Cuisine and have enjoyed the frozen meals they come in handy for work.. I purchased my last batch and warmed up the Cranberry Chicken only this particular meal was very watery and did not taste right. I have enjoyed this flavor and would like to know if the recipe changed?

Hi, I purchased the Lean Cuisine Hearty lamb and rosemary hot pot from Coles and i have to admit i am very disappointed by the product! The meal had 2-3 small pieces of lamb and a lot of mashed potato with no hint of rosemary.

I feel that the product is lacking the 'hearty' of this meal! I bought it as it was on special so i feel sorry for the other customers who buy this product at full price with half the value. Please rethink your portions and include more meat and seasoning.

Just want to compliment 1st Been eating your meals for years and I love them. Especially spaghetti

I bought 10 lean cuisine spaghetti's from Safeway in oak harbor. The first three, so far have soggy noodles. Now as I said been eating this one over 20 years. NEVER has this been uneatable. I love spaghetti, my family does not so I was quite disappointed

I would send a picture but you can't see overcooked noodles.

My complaint is in regards to your Deep Dish Three Meat Pizza. I' m so sorry to complain, but this was the worst tasting pizza I ever have eaten. Don't know much about your other little pizza's as never had them. This is the first time I tried one and to be honest will not try another. I' m not a fussy eater however this little pizza tasted like it was just tomato paste and extremely salty ingredients. Not sure what the spice was..it was too much. Not very tasty and very little cheese. Complaining about a meal is not my nature, however if I don't say anything you will never know.

I have been eating your product for years and have not had any complaints.

However, I have now noticed that the amount of actual food in the package has been considerably reduced. I just had Chicken in Sweet BBQ Sauce and I only received three small pieces of chicken.

Also the Spaghetti and Meat Sauce has very little meat in it. Are you cutting down on quantity instead of raising prices? Very disappointed.

You changed your dinners from 9 ounce to 12 ounce without a choice for the customer!

It’s one thing to add a new dinner but to take away the original one is unacceptable!!! The 12 ounce box does not fit in the freezer well it is too much food for one person who is small

I bought the turkey with stuffing and sweet potatoes. The turkey and stuffing was supposed to have a gravy on it. There was maybe one and a half tablespoons of gravy is all. There was five small pieces of turkey.

When I microwaved it the stuffing turned hard as rocks. The directions were for a 1100 watt microwave. My microwave is 950 Watts. I did not overcook it it was dried out because there was no gravy to keep the stuffing moist.

I took one bite and threw it away.

I bought the lean cuisine comfort glazed turkey tenderloins. There were four small pieces of turkey maybe a tablespoon of gravy and the stuffing, once I cooked it it was dry and hard as rock in parts. It said for microwaves 1100 watt.

My microwave is 950 watt. This was a total mess. I ate The sweet potatoes but had to throw the rest away. This was terrible!

purchased a Roasted Turkey Breast with Savory Herb Dressing and Cinnamon Apples. There was no dressing in this pkg UPC #138001661. Only Turkey in gravy and the apples.

I opened a sealed box and the pepperoni pizza is 1/4 gone. The plastic bag the pizza is in, is also not sealed, but the box was.

Just a little disappointed in my chicken panini sandwich. I eat these a few times a week and truly enjoy them, up til now. This sandwich wasnt very good. Makes me doubt purchasing them again. The bread looked like it came from 2 different loaves, one brown, one pale, and the chicken was super bland.

Not impressed and hope this isnt going to become the norm. May be time to switch.

I have complain about the Herbed Chicken being gritty before and that situation has been resolved.

I just spent 28.72 on 8 Lean Cuisine Market Place Chicken with Almonds, I just had one now for lunch and I have 7 more at home It was good but I am not happy with the ingredients that are stating in what is suppose to be in the meal, I have 3 tiny pieces of chicken, no carrots as stated on the ingredients that they are suppose to be in there, the green beans I got 4 and the broccoli OMG is was all thick green stalks and I don 't know who eats them, it was mainly rice and almonds, I really don't call that a meal, but now I have to eat the other 7 that I still have in my Frezer. Tonight for dinner I had a Lean Cuisine Sesame Stir Fry Chicken entree. Much to my surprise while eating, I bit down on something hard. I took it out of my mouth and it was part of a chicken bone with a sharp pointed edge on one end.

It was about the size of a penny/dime. I am so glad I took it out of my mouth immediately, as it could of poked me causing injury to my tongue, gum, or roof of my mouth. Or I could have broken or chipped a tooth.

I have about 5 more of your entrees in my freezer, but now I’m not so sure I want to eat them.

Just finished my first. Lean in yrs hard to understand how two such great foods like fish & rice could taste so bad & yet have so many calories

It looks like you changed your Orange Chicken. Hadn’t had it for a while decided to buy. Found the chicken still good, but the sauce and rice was slightly seasoned “hot” ad the rice although soft enough had too much stuff in it and the Lima’s did not cook well and were on the hard side.

do not like spicy food. If I did I could have put pepper on instead of not being given the chance to decide how I like my food. I’ll stick to Sesame Chicken, don’t change that!

I was looking forward to trying your spaghetti with meat sauce because spaghetti is a favorite of mine. I had it tonight and it was the absolute worst spaghetti I have ever eaten. Bland doesn't even come close. It doesn't have enough flavor to even call it meat sauce and I'd be embarrassed if I were you.

I recently purchased one of my favorite Lean Cuisine meals. Pictures below. Upon starting to enjoy my meal, I came across this hard piece and I’m not really sure what it is, but it’s hard as a rock and could’ve seriously hurt myself.

Very disappointed because this is one of my favorite meals, of many. This one had NO beef in it!!! And that’s one of the things I look forward to in this meal. So sad and completely ruined my appetite.

Bought two TV dinners last night was lasagna your instructions say after so many minutes take the wrap off and cook it some more that was the driest lasagna I’ve ever eaten because The TV dinner exploded and blew all the sauce all over my microwave them tonight I had the orange chicken dinner since when Does Chinese food especially the rice have peppers beans and peas in it on top of that the sauce was very hot from now on I’ll go to the drive-in and

bring it home I know I won’t eat either one of those again

I've alway's enjoyed the taste of your Lean Cuisine's up until today. I made the Turkey w/gravy & mashed potatoes. I was very dissapointed w/ the look & taste of his today. The mashed potatoes looked almost a greenish gray. The consistency was lumpy.

Tasted the turkey & didn't seem right. I took a picture, but upload to this email

the shepherd pie did not appear like the box label. It looked more like mashed potatoes and gravy with a smattering of peas and container was one fourth full. I have photo if you provide email.

While many meals are great, I recently got a Marketplace Sweet & Sour Chicken with only 1 and 1/2 very very small cubes of chicken. The rest was rice and sauce. Very disappointed. Could not have had 16 percent protein as indicated on the package.

While I like your product lately there seems to be a lack of content to the meals and I just overlooked it But, today, iIn using 9098 595511 N 12 25 P7991 1 May 2021 I am upset to find hardly any rice or other items in it. it is mostly sauce and a few small pieces of chicken not acceptable..

Not anywhere near what I paid for to have a decent meal. Since this has happened before with other of you meals I will no longer purchase Lean Cuisine and so advise my many friends and family. Enough is enough!
