Harps Food Store

I went to the Harps location in Park Hills,Mo , today!! 80 before taxes. Only to get them home and discover they are just regular grapes at best!!! I took them back and they refused a return! They told me, that was my opinion and that they were NOT committing false advertisement!!

I then proceeded to tell everyone in the store to be careful of buying anything from here at harps, because they have a no return policy, to bad if you the customer is Not satisfied with their products!!!! Never step foot in a Harps store again, I am done!!!

I think it's very unperfeshionble for a manager playing favorite with there significant other and treating the other workers like crap and cutting there hours but not there partner. I have talk to a lot of your employees and the way you treat them is terrible you don't pay them hardly anything for the work they do if you can't keep your employees happy how do you expect them to wanna work and

do good by it if you would pay them better and show some appreciation to them I bet they would enjoy coming to work everyday . So instead of all your remodeles why not worry about your employees more. I'm writing this an anonymously because it doesn't matter who I am but what does matter is your workers and there well being.

And I feel you need to fix your management better and stop playing…

I called the store on Hwy 62-65 North in Harrison. I've been shopping at your store since it opened here. I am real sick right now and can't leave the house. I needed to send a check with my grandson to get some groceries.

The manager won't accept the check because I'm not with him We both have I'd to provide. I'm disabled plus in poor health. I can't always go shopping for myself. I would have just sent my debit card but it was hacked and I had to cancel it.

Can't go to bank to get a new one until I'm well. I called Hudsons and they're more than happy to take my check from him I won't be shopping at your store anymore. And, your manager is very rude?

I have noticed since you open your store in Bernie Mo. that the quality of your store up keep has fallen. More than several times I spent my hard earn money in your Bernie store to realize that I have purchased out of date lunchmeats, snacks, and can goods also seen rodents' feces behind can goods on the shelves.

I am not pleased with this and have spoken to some of your employees over this matter but no action was taken. I am sorry to say I or No one in my house will be doing anymore business in any of your stores

m. Manager of 23 yrs. and signs of products. 38 sign and right next to them are Boston Pot Pies. The other half of counter space are Boston Dinners, $2,98 sign. 38. Boston Dinners are not labelled as dinners, but can see the difference.

Spoke to the manager who said I didn't understand the signs. I told her I did but the signs can be confusing to a buyer. No price tag for Boston Pot Pies. She informed me that the Boston Pot Pies are dinners.

After trying to convince me how wrong I was, we walked to the wall freezer. 98. Both brands setting together in the pot pies space. I asked where were the Boston Dinners. They were located down the wall freezer with all the other dinners.

Again I tried to say how confusing this could be. She insisted I was wrong again and didn't understand Corporate…

Your parking lot at the Benton store on Hwy 5 is a lake when it rains. Also the parking lot ligh4s don't work. Dangerous!!!

Your store here in Bernie needs so much improvement. The produce is in poor condition, nothing looks fresh, and sometimes uneatable. The meat department has a wide assortment of brown, and green-colored meat. The dairy and the remained of the store are in excellent condition, until the checkout! The conveyors NEVER work!!

We have to slide our groceries into the cash register manually. With a large shopping trip, this is very inconvenient. The customer in front of me purchased fresh chicken and its blood covered the belt that I had to slide my groceries over, contaminating all my groceries with chicken blood!

The store employees are top-notch, very polite, and helpful. They are a saving grace to your store This is my hometown store, a very convenient location, but it is the worst Harp…

Charged 9.99 for a 3 piece chicken strip dinner that was 6.99 yesterday horrible chicken very dry and cold no notice of price increase. I will go to walmart in the future.

I live in Jackson mo we have harps and every time I go in the ceiling is always leaking with water everywhere so on 07/08/22 me and son went in to grab some chicken nuggets and when he went to grab there where peddles of water and he fell in the floor I told people there and they act like oh well didn’t ask if he was ok or anything act like they didn’t care thank you mad mom

My wife was confronted in the Prairie Grove store by the store manager today and told her to do something about our foster daughters temper tantrum. We have been a foster family for several years. As most people are aware, often times the children come In to care with issues that are not easily resolved.

Especially after a visitation with the estranged family as was the case today. My wife was very embarrassed and also upset that he would talk to her in this manor. I have been doing business in the Prairie Grove stores now for Years, way back before it carried the Harps name, as well as do many of my family members, but I don’t see that any more moving forward.

Perhaps your management team could benefit from some compassion and sensitivity training on these matters
