Hardee's

com Phone (812)647-4396 Order number 16744980516931236 1501 N Boeke Rd Evansville Indiana 47711 I did an online order Through the Hardee’s app for delivery it said DoorDash was delivering my order. Before they got to the restaurant someone from Uber eats picked up my order and never delivered it.

I called the store the guy who answered had no clue what to do and didn’t help me at all. I want my money back.

The closest Hardee's to me (I'm in West Kingsport) is the one referenced above but is still several miles away. , then headed back home. I ate my fries on the way and once inside, sat down to eat the burger.

I thought it seemed light and when I took a bite, I realized there was no meat in the burger at all. So I drove all the way back over there to report the issue. While they did replace it with another burger, I honestly expected them to at least offer a voucher or something to compensate me for my time and trouble, but they only gave me what I had already paid for.

I realize customer service is pretty much a thing of the past these days, but I was very disappointed in how this was handled, especially when the woman making burgers seemed amused by what had happened. I guess it was a…

ordered two sausage biscuits from the Big Chimney, WV store and they were almost cold...price seems a bit much too

I ordered from Hardees in Union,Missouri this morning. The girl did not give me my change back. She told her manager and she said I gave her the right amount but I didn’t! They started slamming things and was very rude to me.

I finally got my change after a very disturbing experience!!!!

I am very displeased with your general manager in whiteville North Carolina her name is Tara Floyd is she allowing one of her shift lead by the name of Brandon Phillips to come in with outside food and cook in the fryers my concern is that is a health hazard to anyone that eats at this particular Hardee's.

She is also a big bully and I feel that she is racist she works the people that she favors and she treats the ones that won't stand up for their self like trash. I do not think she would be a great fit for this location you have a lot of upset employees and customers that she has cussed out and allowed this particular shift lead Brandon Phillips to do different things like escort out a female employee that she was embarrassing in front of a store full of people.

Brandon Phillips stated…

I am a doordash worker and I went to Hardee's in Danville Illinois to pick up a order. The manager burned her finger and the other worker came up and said they can just f****** wait I don't give a f***.

I said no need to throw the f-bomb around at us and the man said he didn't but I said yes you did. Then the manager lady told me to leave and I told her I didn't do nothing wrong I'm just picking up my order and all I said was not to throw the f-bomb at us.

After that she said I burnt my finger and I said I'm sorry you burnt your finger I just thought it was wrong him cussing at us. She was overwhelmed with her work and telling me that she was going to call the cops on me if I did not leave and never come back just because I said no need to throw the f-bomb at us to the customers.

I felt…

Waited 20 minutes at drive thru window. Lady was rude when we asked if we could get waited on. Ended up leaving won't go back.

I just ordered a fish combo and did not receive any fries at the Springfield KY location.

I went to our local Hardee’s and ordered at the drive up window the woman at the window handed me a sack I guess she said did I order sausage egg and cheese I really didn’t clearly understand what she said I said yes I looked in the bag and handed it back to her said no it isn’t mine she got really smart elic with me and

said well that’s what I ask you in the first place . Yes that made me mad I yelled at her back I waited there just wanted to get my food and go she come back with another lady said they had a right to refuse service to anyone refused to give me my food, I will never go back there again maybe not any Hardee’s.

Need to bring back the roast beef sandwich

I was Fired form Hardee’s in Lake City,Fl (279 W Duval St. 32055)!! Pam stated “ I’ve been here a year and a half and this is the way it’s always been and will always be so deal with it”.

I will be pursuing all legal options available to me because this is just wrong!!!

11 when I ordered 1 20 pc because I would like to save 5$. Waited fur over 20 minutes as I waited I watched cashier lady do nothing then when I received my food I found only 10 tenders no napkins so I went inside and politely asked fur my money or rest of my food and was denied both.

So I'm very frustrated and filed a police report they recommended to contact you so I am doing so. Please fix this issue. By giving me Wyatt is owed I work very hard for my pennies and hate to waste them on food I never even got.

I would not give you a star maybe 1/4 of a star. Sunday February 19, we stop at Hardee's 84 Dixon Springs Hwy, Carthage, TN 37030 to eat inside. They were no clean tables. the floor was dirty with food and stuff all over. The were no Napkins.

I went in the restroom and got water and paper towels and clean a table off to have a place to eat. the restroom was dirty too, pee in the floor. My wife went and ordered the food. The person that took the order try his best to get our food.

Every time he gets our burgers put it on the tray and the Black person that was doing the Drive-through would get our burgers off our tray and give them to the people at the Drive-through. He done this two time and we had to wait longer to get our food.

The person that waits on us put our food in a bag to keep…

So we were in the drive thru and had already ordered our food. Our car ended up shutting down while we were waiting for our food and had to push it out of the drive thru line so people could get to the window.

So we moved it then proceeded to walk into the building to pickup our food. The door was locked and I asked the girl if we could grab our food and she said "no I can't help you". We said "so we can't have our food then". She said "nope sorry".

Rudest and most bullshit behavior I've ever seen. She girl working is a snobby stuck up bitch and deserves to fucking die. I will never eat hardees again if it was the last restaurant on fucking earth because of your employee and will continue to tell everyone I know about this experience so they as well don't step foot into a hardees ever…

I pulled up to y’all’s Hardee’s in Newport tn an nobody answered for like 10 mins so I said hey to get them to take my order am she finally took it an when I got to the window all I had was a 100 dollar bill an she got mad about it an I didn’t say anything so they gave me my food an soaked my sandwich in ketchup an spit in my fries

All lightsare on. No one’s there. It’s closed 8:00qm

The District Manger Lisa Pickens has been kissing and in the Hardeeś on Whitten RD. Memphis, Tn in front of customers and employees.

Also she had her boyfriend to go behind the counter at the Hornlake, Ms store on Feb. 14, 2023 Both goes against the policies and procedures of the company and goes against its ethics as well.

My complaint is I just tried to eat Hardee's on armypost road in des moines iowa. I usually don't complain or go outta my way to write some shit about my bad fast food cause I know who usually gets hired but and I mean but this was the worst chicken and fish sandwich combos I have ever seen/got.

The bread was stale and hard, the chicken was ok on it pickles and mayonnaise were fucked up I mean sorry looking stacked on a corner of the sandwich and mayonnaise was thick n terrible. Fish was the same cept the fish patty seemed like it was cooked hours ago and cold.

Soda machine was fucked up bad dumped one in the parking lot if u watch the footage bout 515pm or so. Fn mad 26 dollars for almost unedible shit with crappy soggy fries to boot. I will not be eating Hardee's southside prob again…

West Frankfort Illinois! I have never in my life had to wait 15 minutes for a 2-biscuits with 2 orders of hash rounds. With a coupon it cost me 12$ Ridiculous and to wait that long with no one in the drive thru behind me and no one to take care of in the restaurant.

This place has gone to hell. Buisness is bad, poor service and too high on prices for the crappy food we are served. 33$ is Hardee’s this morning!

This morning about 9 amI went to our local Hardee’s in Houston, Missouri. I ordered two breakfast combos, one of them with a Large Dr Pepper, to which the young man replied they were out of large cups. That was fine, I just got a medium.

Then he lets me know they are out of hash rounds and did I want fries. My other combo had a large coffee as the drink and when I got to the window, the young man informed me they had just run out of coffee therefore my cup was only 1/2-3/4 way full.

To top all of this off, I bring our breakfast home, and my loaded omelette biscuit was messy, and the biscuits on both of our sandwiches were dry. I absolutely love Hardee’s and think you have the best breakfast hands down.

But I am very disappointed in this store here in Houston, this tends to not be an…

the staff are always nice however.

I have wanted a shake for almost 18 months the machine always seems to be broken.

I went to hardees today in surf city, nc and went through the drive thru and ordered a double cheeseburger and half and half tea. the lady said is that all and thats the last i heard. after waiting 4-5 minutes I said hello and someone said wait a minute.

Well I did and finally pulled up to the pickup window, no one was there and after waiting again, I pulled off and had to go to mcdonalds which was in the opposite direction.

Location 6133 Augusta rd Greenville,sc 29605 I usually go every day in the morning not anymore because of today’s experience they had 8 cars pull off the drive through the other day inside was closed and today was open inside and out I ordered a simple combo after I paid the lady told me to pull up waiting on my hash browns for 15 minutes or longer I finally went inside and

she said I’m sorry I forgot about you gave me my order had to throw have of my biscuit away was cooked way too long I will never go back this was never a problem until here in the last two weeks.

I recently visited your location in Ripley NY, I ordered a onion ring they were fresh however they had absolutely no taste there was nothing it was like eating the bag. So I wasted a $4 on an order of onion rings that were not edible

Getting money took out my check and I’m pregnant with my first kid the general manager also is have relation with a coworker

Arrived at Hardee's on Dunns Ave. Jax Fl 32218 my friend joined me for breakfast. Just to fined that dining in was closed for breakfast. Only drive thru. I eat at other Hardee's 3 times weekly? Drove 10 miles to get to this one, heard great reviews.

Drive thru was wrap around building, only allowed 30 minutes for meals. No time to wait in line. Just thought you should know. My friend from out of town was not happy. We went to McDonald's, instead, breakfast is not like Hardee's. Alan

Upon ordering gravy and biscuits a few minutes ago at the Champaign, Illinois Hardee's located at Bradley and Mattis, I respectfully requested condiments with extra butter. It was the store manager that took and filled my order in the most extreme rudest manner I have ever experienced in a public restaurant setting.

Upon requesting butter 3 times, I was finally informed by the manager that there was no butter. Incredulous I inquired how can you serve biscuits and have no butter!? " Never have I been so embarrassed to be an African American.

Never will I step foot in this shit hole again. Send in undercover customers to get a good idea of how this place is being operated. S. Apparently, the employees also use this place as a daycare while they work and the noise level is unbelievable!!!…

C. that states "black lives matter" yes, they do as do all lives but that is a personal shirt. It's not time to be political. I wasn't aware that you can attach a image,I will try to get a pic next time I go eat breakfast.

We stopped for lunch today at the Hardee’s on Creedmore Rd, Raleigh. Both ordered the fish sandwich, fries and a coke. They were equally terrible in taste and texture. Fries weren’t much better. Guess I fell for the food shots on the commercial.

I am so very disappointed. My husband had tried the new Monster Biscuit with Egg/Sausage at a Hardee's recently. He has raved about how good it was. There isn't a Hardees near us so we stopped by a Hardees near where we went to church this morning.

My husband gave his order at the Drive Through. 79. He repeated the order to the girl taking orders. He paid for the biscuit and we drove to a grocery store a few miles away for me to pick up something.

My husband stayed in his truck to eat the biscuit while it was warm. That's when he discovered he was given the wrong thing. the biscuit was cold. I'm not one to complain, but this wasn't acceptable.

To whom it may concern i am a homeless man that used to work for your company and i luv the people and the guess on this particular day i was in the store on Rutherford road and it was a cold day on Saturday Christmas eve and i went in to have a cup of coffee and just minding my own business one of your management staff had a bad attitude and

being nasty towards me and when i had to use the bathroom was saying something smart to other employees that was working that day i really didn't appreciate it would u please do something abt it . Thank u.

Your store in Mount Airy, NC on Rte 89 is a disgrace to your company. As I entered the store, there was some "horseplaying" going on behind the counter. As I waited to be noticed, I heard all about a trip to Walmart that wasn't really planned.

After standing there for over 5 mins without being recognized, the couple behind me left. I decided they had a good idea, so I left too. While outside going to my car, I was followed by a worker. (a blond girl with shoulder length hair) she informed me that she was "off the clock", but when she leaves, "no work ever gets done".

I think I've been a true blue Hardee's customer in the past, but no more. I may be just one person, but I at least know today there were three people who walked out your store feeling hungry, and disrespected.

Is that what…

I sent the Corporate Office on their feedback sit about my problem on 12/23/2022 at 2:46 pm and have not got a reply back from anyone. I would like to make sure you received my information and also would like some feedback on what can be done to correct the problem that I had with such POOR Customer service and one of your stores.

Look forward to hearing back from you, as you have my email to contact me or you are welcome to call me 256-679-3081. I am in Huntsville Alabama and the Store is #1505749. Thanks Tek Holmes Huntsville, Alabama 35802

Your server at 2190 Chesnee hwy, SC was very rude and yelling at multiple customers. She was not wearing a name tag. She was not the one taking orders from drive through. This happen on December 25th. I will most likely never go back to Hardee's due to her.

WENT TO THE DRIVE THROUGH AT YOUR LUCAS STRET, FLORENCE, SC AND ORDERED 8 HOT DOGS. 00 PLUS. I COUILD NOT BVELIEVE HE COST AND QUESTIONED IT. 89 EACH. I MUST SAY TO YOU THAT THIOS PRICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABVLE AND I WILL NO LONGER FREQUENT HARDEES AS I DID IN THE PAST.

89 PROFIT IS PRICE GOUGING. YOU MUST RECONSIDER THI9S IF YOU WANT MANY CUSTOMERS FOR HOT DOGS. 89 AND THIS INCLUDES THE DRINK. 00. ARE YOU PEOPLE INSANE?

I live in McDonough Ga and there is a Hardee’s on the corner. I noticed from the sign on the door that they close at 21:00, my family and i showed up just about just about 20:45-20:50 they were closed.

We’ve arrived at this particular Hardees on separate occasions and this has been the case. Is this what we have to look forward to from Hardee’s as we try to frequent it often but dew to the inconsistency of the closing times…..

Been trying to get double bacon cheeseburgers for two days now yesterday they was out of meat and fries today I got some sort of cheeseburger but not what I ordered I wanted double bacon cheeseburgers with fries and onion rings

Hardee’s in Atlantic blvd, Jacksonville fl 3225 . We usually order 3 times a week.. never the same gravy . Today was cold milk barely warmed up. It wasn’t gravy Hasn’t been the sane since previous manager left October 2021.

We deal with different service and standards every visit .. could you get this place straightened out?

I go to this Hardee’s at least once a week. I have never got the quality of food that I got on Sunday 12/11. I ordered the breaded chicken combo and a small cheese burger. The chicken looked like it sat there for multiple days and I couldn’t see the burger.

I worked at a Wendy’s for 14 years and was a traveling training manager

Hardees 1501417 1086 ross clark circle Dothan, Al 36303 12/11/22. 9:00:14 am Ticket #31 Order Id: 21760393089051 Employee: Adrienne L

We placed an order and we left. We live all the way across town. We got home and our order was wrong. We ordered a Frisco breakfast sandwich combo with no cheese and they got it wrong and put no egg on it. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese combo and the biscuit was hard the edges of the cheese, the egg, and the biscuit were hard liked it had been sitting there hours. We called and spoke to the manager and she argued with us because she couldn't find the ticket number and her system when we were reading her all of the information off of the receipt. She said that she was not replacing any meals without us bringing the old food back. And we live all the way…

Went to Hardees drive Thur the night of December 09,2022 to receive a cold hamburger and fries combo, this Hardee’s 1505974/DT#424 Kadijah I on North Frontage rd didn’t even greet you coming or going just gave me my food and closed the window.

I visited this store on yesterday and the Frisco burger combo gave me food poisoning. I was throwing up all night. I even had to miss work I was feeling so terrible. I'm very disappointed because I love Hardee's but now I will be afraid to eat there.

Please check the way your food is being prepared at this store before someone else gets sick.

99.... WE WERE CHARGED MORE ... WE QUESTIONED THE CASHIER AND SHE SAID WE NEEDED TO READ THE FINE PRINT! BOTH SANDWICHES WERE QUITE DISGHUSTING!!! WE WILL BE SURE TO TELL OTHERS!!! MYERSTOWN, PA.... FALSE ADVERTISING!!!

On 11/ 25/ 2022 at 1:54pm I went to Hardys on Paris rd. In Columbia, MO My food was cold and looked as if someone stood on top of it before placing it in a bag. 08 . This same restaurant has been my go to for years.

But the past year they seem to have a problem with having the necessary items to serve things like mushroom and Swiss burgers, shakes and other items on the menu. But the real complaint is receiving food that I have payed for away.

The help there is downright rude. Cold food is a health hazard especially items that are meant to be served hot. Presently I'm not sure if I will ever go back. My order # for that day is376903. Store # 1500704 Columbia #4 . Thank you.

First waited in drive thru 10 min no acknowledgement so I went inside. store has smell. Terrible service when I worked there we cleaned, greeted customers . What upset me the most cashier gave me nasty coffee it tasted like water then told me I had to wait for tea to be made tea is made when store opens.

This restaurant needs a new approach.

Also why was your manager at walmart shopping and left these people in charge. Worse service ever

My husband and I were in the Fairmont MN store at 4:37 on a Friday, we ordered 4 ham and cheese sandwiches and 2 orders of onion rings. The store was not busy, we waited over 14 minutes. Got the order I checked the onion rings they were cold and when I started to say something and was told to get out of the store and never come back!

Excuse me but I have worked fast food and that is not how to treat your customers! I will not go back to a Hardess ever again and will let everyone know how that Fairmont store is running! Can't believe they want to be paid so much when they are so incompetent

been a good customer for years but this was jus unexcusable

Confirmation complaint - On Saturday Nov 19th at @9 at location 4901 JFK Blvd, North Little Rock, AR I placed an order for 5 biscuits, 3 egg & cheese & 2 without cheese. From my receipt there were 4 biscuits rung up & a Justin had taken my order.

There were only 3 biscuits inside so they took the order back rifled thru my sack, counted them & handed it back to me with 4 biscuits in which I informed them I had ordered 5 biscuits from the original order. The same guy Justin threatened to call the police & told me to move on but I repeated again my order & ask for a mgr.

She offered no solution, Justin kept telling her I was a problem. He also at one point yelled in front of everyone they don't work with rude customers, then while the mgr still looking at me they closed the drive thru…

I ordered 5 biscuits, 3 egg & cheese, & 2 without cheese. The guy repeated back to me what I ordered. Checked my order and short 2. I told them about it & they gave me another bag & I checked it & still short 1.

When I complained about it the ticket said 4 & I was willing to pay for the 5th one so I said again I had ordered 5 biscuits & instead of letting me pay for the 5th one they said they were going to call the police on me. I was floored to say the least.

I ask for the mgr. and the guy that messed up the order kept telling her i was being unruly & sad to say she didn't offer any solution and closed their drive up window on me. This particular Hardee's is known for messing up orders & I haven't been to this one in awhile because of it but decided to give them another chance since…

Drive thru staff refused to take my order and told me to go somewhere else to eat. She was very nasty to me and my brother. Also on my way thru the drive thru lane get she looked like she wanted to come out to beat me up or something.
