Gold Star Chili

I want to know in what alternate universe does handing out spoiled yellowing unions that have literally fermented in the little to go cups. I live in southwestern ohio; Clermont county Eastgate/Milford area About 3 weeks ago my ex husband bought from. The Eastgate/Mt. Carmel store.

We thought the onions looked a bit yellow but chalked it off to the use of yellow onions. Approximately 4 hours later he was getting sick, food poisoning according to his primary doctor. Today he went to the Milford location.

He ordered a small 4 way with onions, 3 cheese coneys with mustard and onions for me; a to go order. We live right down the road less than 10 minutes from this location. I have a photo (that will not upload here but i do have) ...

Just stopped at the Reading Rd & Tennessee Ave location. It was 7:35 pm. The person that took my order was so out of it he could not communicate. I simply order two cheese conveys mustard and no onion a small sprite no ice.

Took 3 times for him to get it. Get to the window he gives me the coneys and no drink. Had to ask for the drink again . Other employees were interested background shaking there heads one even came to the window and apologized for his behavior.

In my opinion he was extremely intoxicated on something. I've live here close by since 1985 and have watched this place go to shit. What a shame. I used to frequent this location but I'm done forever. Not to mention the quality of the coneys was kinda disgusting looking. Just thrown together.
