this is not really a complaint, more so puttingyou on notice.
I grew up back when you used to be good. many years now, your food is awful. no more "hot and juicy", now its stale and WAY overcooked. maybe it is because of the old E-coli scare from way back when. as for where I live in Memphis your employees are black. you need to understand that these hired are not completely dumb. they know if they fuck up your order than you'll stop going there. which means they don t have to work as much. they don't care about you or your company. you need to hire white people especially managers. too late for me. i'll never eat there again. just sucks and im sure your revenue proves my point. especially your burgers. horrible now. thanks.
