We reserved a Fox Rental Car through AARP to be picked up at the Phoenix, Arizona, airport on February 16, 2019.
Upon arrival at the rental car facility, the line at the Fox counter was extremely long.
There were only two agents working, although it appeared the counter could accommodate at least six agents.
It took an hour and 45 minutes to rent our car, which is totally unacceptable.
This appears to be extremely poor planning as management should have known how many cars were scheduled to be picked up on this busy Saturday afternoon and should have planned accordingly.
