Items on your website are not updated if they are out of stock. If the item is out of stock it’s substituted with another item. Just cancel the order. If I wanted the substituted item I would have ordered it. To make it more annoying a return label is not supplied. When I called the customer service department requesting a return shipping label I was on the phone for 40 minutes because the agent had no idea how to supply one. This is the second time, first was Kids Footlocker. It’s less aggravation if I just go to a store and return it.


Placed an order online for in store pickup and they canceled it but still took the money out my account and didn’t say anything. I was told I didn’t leave a phone number even though it’s listed on my receipt. The rep giggled as I spoke as if my issue was funny and I never received help and will have to dispute with my bank. I shop online all the time and this was my worst experience by far


I went to foot locker on Sunday July 15th 2018. When my sister and I walked in there was a young man and a woman working and it was not busy at all. The young man asked how he could help me and my sister I told him I was looking for a pair of red converse for my 1 year old. The lady stated that they dont carry that brand in their store. So that I would have to go to mayfair. As i continued to browse for.a different pair of shoes and the young man was assisting us when i asked if they had the pair of jordans in a size 3 the lady interuped as she stood up against the wall and said no we don't have that size we only have them in size 4 and up. The sign said they had sizes 2-10 so I pointed that out and her response was I know what the sign says we don't have them in that size. I felt that she was very rude from the moment we walked in. Her customer service was very poor. The young man was very helpful the time I went to the store location in milwaukee on Mitchell st was at 4:00 pm the woman was an African American and the man was Hispanic. I will never bring my service to that store again due to her rude service.


12/13 at the smith haven mall in Long Island, I was shopping with the intent to purchase a pair of shoes (Nike air max plus ns) is the pair my boyfriend picked out in the window. I went to purchase the shoe and it came up to $175. I noticed that inside the shoe displayed in the window said $150. I asked to receive that price for the shoe. The assistant manager asked the manager and she said with an attitude "no, the price is $175, these shoes just came out". Then the manager walked in the back and did not return and left her co-workers to deal with the situation and leave a customer very unsatisfied. I then spoke with customer service and they said there is nothing they can do for but give me a $10 gift card. I think that is unacceptable. I caught their mistake and should receive the price that was advertised.


Overpriced shoes, would not go back!


Footlocker customer service on their website is a joke. These stores still exist but will soon be replaced completely by Amazon and Zappos. I would not be surpised to see them around in a few years with the positive reviews most e-commerce stores are getting.

I had lot many choices to choose the best brands of shoes like Nike, Adidas, Jordan etc. with variety of colors and comfortable sizes. It covers all the age groups for your family with best branded accessories, clothing and shoes. I got to know many locations of the stores on one click here. Thanks to Footlocker for giving me the best choice to maintain my style.
