I used CreditReport.com several times but will never use it again.
This company set up a monthly billing from my bank account in the amount of $9.
99.
When I tried to call customer care, they did not answer.
The website is also confusing as can be, and does not easily provide contact information.
I did finally write to customer care at Attn: Customer Care PO Box 2390, Allen, TX 75013.
I requested the billings stop immediately.
The other issue is that I did the initial reporting on a weekend because I work nights and sleep during the days.
So how does Saturday-Sunday 8am-5pm PST hours help me as a consumer?
Hopefully Experian will help clean this up.
