On January 2019 I went to Tonnesen Motors 212, Main Road, Diep River with a punctured tyre I was told could not be repaired. The punctured tyre was purchased from Tonnesens on 25 June 2018 with the guarantee which was 'registered'.. Tax inv. C419720 R 10 320.00. I was subsequently advised by the Branch Manager Mr Carl Swanepoel that a refund had been 'approved ' and that he would call me when I could collect the refund . After I made 2 follow-up calls in February and March I then forgot about the matter - and have still not received a call. Is this the way your Guarantee service should operate ?
