Comfort Suites

On May 7, 2019 we stopped at the Comfort Suite in Salina Kansas. (715 W. Schilling Rd). There was no one at the front desk upon entering, but a man did appear within a few seconds. (never got a greeting from him).

We ask if there was a room with a king bed available. He took my points card, acknowledged they did have a room available. My husband then ask if AARP or AAA was accepted, and amazingly the gentleman told us there was no room available.

So, we went across the road and stayed at Hampton Inn. I then went on line to check to see if there actually was a room available at your Comfort Suite. There was a 1 king bed/1 room suite, and a 2 queen beds, 1 room suite available.

We always attempt to stay at a Comfort Inn when we travel. That may now be subject to change. I would appreciate…

I stayed a the property for 3 days and my bed was never made. I was never informed when I checked in that I would have to request service . Comfort Suites Airport on Meridian, Oklahoma City 1100 South Meridian Avenue, Oklahoma City, OK, 73108 This was very disappointing for a Comfort Inn. We had to wait for a room because our "assigned" room wasn't ready yet, even though someone walked in, asked if there was a room, and was assigned a room.

However, I did I stay at a Comfort Suites hotel in Damascus, Alabama and discovered there were bed bugs, and they refunded me my money and assured me that everything was going to be taken care of after speaking to a manager and having them to exterminate the hotel. My husband I stayed at the Comfort Suites located at 14525 Gideon Drive, Woodbridge, Va. 22192. The original reservation was from October 8 thru October 11, 2018. We were attending the Vietnam Veterans Reunion that was held at that location that week. However, we had to depart one day earlier due to a hurricane that was headed to our home state of North Carolina. Our departure date was October 10, 2018. I had a reservation at the Comfort Suites in New Bern, NC for a business trip on 12/6/18. When I arrived, there were people hanging around outside. I felt uncomfortable and proceeded to cancel my room. I was told I would not be charged. But, then received a call back that I would be charged. Later I found that my account had already at 4:25 a.m. before the actual check-in time. I am requested a refund due to the condition of the hotel.

On Friday November 16-17 on arving at the airport we had the hotel shuttle to pick us up. The driver picked us up when he started driving he was talking on his cell phone there was no hands free. My husband asked him to not talk on his phone while he had passenger in the van the driver started yelling and saying he was talking to front desk. My husband said then you need to have hands free. We stayed at a Comfort Inn in Cleveland, Tennessee. 107 interstate drive NW. 37312 It was horrible. There had been a water leak on the ceiling above the bed and there was black mold on the ceiling. I do hope something is done since this is a major health concern. It was room 113.

Stayed at 1234 Omniplex in Cincinatti, Ohio for 2 nights Nov. 2 & 3 2018. Had 1 bite mark on shoulder when we left on Nov 4th. Today I now have 30 bites on my arms, hands, & shoulders that have appeared & itch terrilble.

We have been Choices Gold Star members since 2014 and have stayed in dozens of Comfort Inn/Suites all over the country. We were dissatisfied with the room of our latest visit. We were given an alternative room one floor up due to the keys not working to our door.

Once inside we found two beds, one of which was very obvious it had been slept in as the pillows and sheets were crumpled and the bed was not made neatly. A used towel was hanging behind the bathroom door.

There was an issue regarding smoking in room 102 in Sept 15th or 16th ,2018. 00 for that. The problem is that when I checked in the hotel I was billed for room 102 but was given the keys to room 101.

Comfort Inn and suites in Alvarado, Texas are crooks. They charged our debit card 5 times. They said, it was a mistake because they just changed owners and there was a glitch in their system. I called several times to speak with their manager Stephanie.

They always said, she was busy or not there and they have her call me back. She would never return my phone calls.

Finally I got lucky and called again and she happened to answer. She told me why I was on the phone she was going to add the credit back into my account. Which never happened! I had to go to my bank and file a fraud claim.

After 2 weeks I finally got all credits back in my account only for them to charge my card another $111. I had to leave work and go to my bank to straighten that out. I had to get a whole new debit card so…

If you allowing for employees to eat from the food line with seemingly not much of a procedure then disregard this.

This morning at the St. Charles, MO Comfort Suites by the Casino, Ameristar, I watched as one employee started eating on the line in front of the guests while getting a plate. Two, the staffer for the space engaged that employee in a shouting match that she needed to leave the dining area and in addition, she would not eat in front of the guests. Hello normally we stay at a choice hotel w/o issue however we were not told of the construction that is going on nor the fact we will have no water tomorrow. We have had to use different entrances to enter the building.

I have been using comfort suites off and on for about 18 months -- took a break a couple of times b/c of poor accommodations. Although the noise and debris from the current renovations are a huge inconvenience, it has to be done.

My complaints center around the lack of effort and sincerity concerning repairs.

Specifically, since last August, I have been told by everyone that they are waiting on parts to repair the ice machine on the 3rd floor. And, I have been told the same thing for the indoor hot tub. The outdoor hot tub has never been available.

My name is Tyrell Hamilton I and my aunt stayed at one of your hotels in Waycross Georiga Comfort inn suites on June 30 Saturday night and Sunday night, July 1 and departed Monday morning. The reservations were under my cousin's name and she reserved the rooms for June 29-July 1. We arrived at the hotel Saturday morning June 30th at 1:00 am way after our check-in time which was 3:00pm Friday afternoon but we were charged for those three days in which we didn't stay the Friday night we arrived that Saturday morning. On May 29, 2018 I stayed at the Comfort Suites (AR223) in Texarkana AR with my 6 year old grandson. After a long day of driving my grandson wanted to go to the pool and unwind. I took him to the indoor pool and before I knew it he was in the spa.

I walked over and saw that the spa was filthy and made him get out of it. Almost immediately he broke out in a rash so I took him up to the room and had him get into the shower to wash off.

I took off of work on 06/01/18 to provide childcare for my grandson. Rather than sit at home I scheduled for us to stay at Comfort Suites Thursday,Friday and checked out Saturday. We got there to late to swim on Thursday so we decided to swim around noon on Friday.
