I went to the chick-fil-a location on 6240 East Broad Street where they have two drive thru lanes.

I was the first car in the left lane and the right lane have three or four cars in it.

Both of the employees were taking orders from the cars in the right lane, when the employee was done with the car directly next to mine and realized that the other employee took care of the rest of the vehicles in the right lane, he turned to my lane.

He looked directly at me and walked to the car behind me.

I blew my horn a couple times, but he continued to take the order of the vehicle behind me.

I knew this was wrong, so I pulled out of the drive thru lane and parked in a parking space.

I went inside the location and asked for the manger.

I bought a eggwhite grill chicken sandwich at the store by Wilson and betway 8 in Houston tx I couldn't eat it the chicken was super salty not happy about it it suppose to be a healthy sandwich!!

I am a Door Dash driver and I have on several occasions picked up from this Chic-fil-a.

I go to the pick up register and stand for over 5 mins before anyone acknowledges me.

There is always at least 5 cashiers and 2 managers in the front they look at me and never ask if I have been helped and continue to help others that have come in after me at the regular registers.

On one particular occasion, I came in and everyone on the front line looked at me and when I finally said excuse me to a manager, she acted as if I was bothering her for the shake I had to pick up and gave it to me not completed with a look of disdain.

I bought a grilled chicken sandwich at the location on Hwy 150 in Hoover, Alabama.

The bun was hard as a rock.

I couldn't even eat the bun.

The top was harder than the bottom part of the bun.

I was really disappointed.

I don't expect any type of compensation.

I just want my complaint documented in case this continues to happen to others.

I had experienced another type of disappointment at the same location several months prior to this one.

The chicken was VERY tough that time and also ruined my lunch.

I didn't file a complaint that time and so today, I decided to file a complaint since this makes a second time.

All of my other times of making purchase over years at other locations have always been pleasant.

I'm wondering if this location in Hoover, Alabama gets many…

I have never had this problem before but the people working today 07/12/19 were not very good!

I go to Chickfila a lot but today has me wondering what has happened.

I ordered 2 chicken strips meals and told them which sauce I wanted.

They could not give me a receipt because their machine was not working.

They said I would get one when I picked up the food.

I was in the drivethru so I drove around as usual.

The people were not as helpful as they usually are and I asked about the sauce and my receipt.

They said they were in the bag so I took their word.

They lied and I do not appreciate it!

I need the receipt because I use a checkbook not the cellphones like most people do.

Also I needed my husbands favorite sauce.

I DID NOT GET EITHER ONE!!!

WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE PEOPLE TODAY?…

My experience vwas horrible today chick file was giving away free chicken sandwiches and me and my 3 kids was not able to participate because we sat in a line for over a hour while everyone else enjoyed they sandwiches and things as a loyal chicks fila customer I felt like if they was giving away free sandwiches should of been another option for ppl who had to wait over a hr and still did not receive because of the wait an the location I'm talking about is chick fila on gate City in Greensboro NC I feel like someone should accomdate me and my family for the long long wait

Extremely disappointing experience in Chick-fil-A at 2555 Dallas Hwy, Marietta

We have ordered two coffees (regular and decaf) with our meals and were informed that there will be a 4 minutes wait, as they had to brew a fresh batch.

After we have finished the meal, there was still no sign of our coffee.

I asked the guys if our drinks were ready, and they admitted that that part of our order had been forgotten - which didn't bother us, as we were not in a hurry.

I stood by the counter, waiting.

Eventually, the regular coffee was prepared.

I asked about the decaf option and yet again it was forgotten...

The guy who served me looked quite embarrassed and apologized, but a young lady who forgot my order simply said to him "Just give her a regular coffee, she won't know any different".…

The order had 4 things wrong.

We order Market salad with chicken heated and it wasn’t.

Kids meal with no fries with sub the fruit cup but was given fries and was charged for the fruit cup and was not given the fruit cup.

The #1 meal came cold fries.

I ask the person at the window if this was double check he said yes.

But obviously it wasn’t double check.

The store number is # 03787, I-45 & West rd.

The order number was 928754.

On 5/25/2019, I purchased food for my grandchildren totaling $44.

71, including FOUR BBQ Bacon Sandwiches at the South County FR, #03499, in St.

Louis County, Missouri, located at the South County Mall.

I used the drive through.

When I got home, we noted that the four BBQ Bacon Sands were very poorly prepared, including no BACON in all four of them.

I telephoned the restaurant and the employee said he would send me four coupons for the four sandwiiches and they would mail them to my home that would take three to five business days.

The coupons never arrived, and I called again about ten days later and got the same response--the coupons would be sent out and arrive within 3 to 5 days.

The employee again took my name and address and said he would enter them in the log.

I have been and will continue to be a Chic Filet customer for years.

I am accustomed to quality food and service and I applaud your Christian stance.

With that said, I was recently at a Chic Filet in Austell Ga and I waited for nearly ten minutes on my meal and there was no one in front of me.

The young lady who took my order was not professional at all.

When I did receive my order, the sandwich did not taste good, the bread was cracked and the fries were soggy.

It just seemed as though the staff was not well trained.

I hope this is the exception and not the rule.

I don't normally write in complaints, but I hold Chic Filet in such esteem and I am aware of your standards, so I decided to let you all know.

I went to the chick fil a yesterday and was in a hurry with 5 kids waiting at home.

After pulling away I noticed I didn’t have my large soda.

Pulled over and went inside to get it.

No “I’m sorry” or any words at all.

After I got home I looked in all the kids meals and no chocolate milk in any of them.

I try to check fast food restaurants before leaving but was in a hurry and did not.

I will from now on since you can’t trust any of them to make your order correct.

Hi How are you, I when this afternoon to get my lunch at 18200 Hawthorne Blvd in Torrance Ca. and I have a very bad experience I order a chicken sandwich plain no mayo no onions and fries and a salad .

I order by drive thru, my surprise when I open the bag and star eating my sandwich is master, mayo and I lot onions im allergic to mayo and my fries was so cold and my salad only letters no dressing no chicken omg I can't believe I don't have time to comeback , because my lunch is 30 minutes only and I call to spoke with the manager and no body answer me.

I ordered 6 nuggets and a small soup.

Went inside because drive through is always a mess.

My receipt says she took my order at 2:00pm, guess what time I got my food 7 minutes later.

I asked a manager to see what the hold up was and asked why my nuggets were sitting there getting cold.

She says they are waiting on my soup, and those are not my nuggets.

I watched the young girl put the soup in bag and pick the nuggets up that were sitting there getting cold.

SO I waited 7 mins mind you for cold nuggets and the soup was as well.

I had lunch today at your store located in Henrico Va short pump mall.

I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and medium fries.

The sandwich tasted like it was made yesterday.

Very dry, cold chicken on a stale bun.

The fries were also cold.

I believe it was the worst sandwich I have ever received at any fast food restaurant in my life.

Needless to say I won’t be spending anymore money at your restaurants.

Photo the Burnsville and alameda store i am disable and all your disable parking are taken up by people that are not disable.

I complained to your manager diamond and she could care less bluffed me off ..she is a terrible representative of your company for service..

I live in fountain Colorado and on 03/30/2019 at 7;50am I went through the drive through and ordered a 4 piece mini the first box I received the bottoms of the bread was so hard and dry, so I went back through to let them now and let the person in the drive through touch the bread so he could see for himself.

And then they gave me another set of 4 piece mini's and again same thing old dried out bread with not even a touch of butter like they are suppose to have. and so Patty I guess she was crew shift supervisor told the cooks to get another 4 piece min with extra soft bread and that is not what I asked for, I asked for a regular order of 4 piece mini's with not dry hard bread.

So I guess the cook at this time was extremely mad so he decided to drown the mini's in butter.

I am an automotive instructor for a major corporation.

I often use Chick-fil-A during my theory sessions as an example of excellent customer service.

While travelling from a class on 3/19, I stopped at the Chick-fil-A in Sicklerville NJ (#01950).

The drive thru was long so I decided to dine in (order #5775993).

As a loyal customer, I know the lines move quickly, however; on this day even with two registers open it was taking excessively long.

The hold up was DeLauryn who was more interested in joking and kidding around with a customer rather then noticing a long line had formed.

Thank God for Angelo who was doing his job.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed in the quality of service which was provided.

I would expect this from McDonalds not from Chick-fil-A.

I visit my local chick-fil-A 6 to 8 times a month for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I visited this restaurant (Store #01883)Wednesday evening.

I ordered 4 chicken strips, fries and a lemonade.

The Lemonade was outstanding.

The strips were overcooked and fries were under cooked.

I never check my order because you are always great.

My mistake!

At the Short Pump Mall location in Short Pump VA I stood in line to order an ice cream cone and after several minutes I was able to order it standing in line and was told to give my name to a cashier and they would get the ice cream.

When the cashier called me up and I gave him my name, he told me that I would have to wait in line for my ice cream.

I waited 5-10 minutes for one employee to make my cone and realized there were 8-10 people in front of me.

She was the only one making ice cream.

I noticed that the line had gone down and there were 3 to 7 employees behind he counter with no customers.

I asked the cashier that called me if he could make my ice cream cone.

He said there was only one person that could operate the machine.

I walked out of the store and stood on the sidewalk…

I went thru the drive thru at chick fli la on Ashville Hwy yesterday around 5:30.

My meal price was 6.

08 and I paid with a $20.

00 bill and a dime.

I only received 4$ back.

I noticed it after I pulled away from the window and I immediately went in the store to make them aware of the issue.

The did not believe me and only took my name and number saying they would call me IF the cashiers till did not balance at the end of the shift.

They are yet to call me and I Am positive I paid with a 20 because that is the only thing I had.

I have several dietary needs ( gluten, diary and egg free).

Therefore, I always order the southwest salad without cheese, tomato and plain grilled chicken.

However, for the last year this has always been in issue when I order this customized salad.

But today I was feed up.

Normally the cashier is unware on how to ring it up and/or the kitchen staff is not reading the ticket clearly and miss something.

THIS ALWAYS HAPPENS and I have to send my order back at least one to two times.

Its really unfair that I always have to wait longer because of this issue, On today 2/26/19, I went into store #01287 Garner ferry Rd and ordered, The cashier entered the order in right but the chicken was wrong then I sent it back and they got the chicken right and added cheese.

Disappointed in portion size @ South Park mall @Charlotte NC.

Today I bought a 12 box chicken nuggets.

It appears that the size were so small, that you got nuggets that was all crust.

It appeared that if you bought a 6 pack and cut them in half that what I got.

I am a big fan of chick-fil-le.

But dissatisfied with the tiny size and were all crust that were tasteless.
