No longer a friendly place.
Long time customer here, many orders, but the last few years have been less than enjoyable.
In a recent exchange of emails with Henry Posner about customer service, he did not say hello or hi or address me by name or even thank me for my business.
B&H does not care about people.
They do not do relationship.
They've paid millions out in discrimination cases against Asians, Hispanics, women, etc.
They've gotten too large and too focused on units and dollars and scale.
When you order, you're just meat ground through their system.
Choose another vendor that still honors old-fashioned values and earns your business.
Or shop LOCAL where they need you and want you.
Life is too short and we're all ground through too many systems.
Avoid B&H.
