I have a dog with a license and we frequent Baja Fresh Simi Valley (Tapo Canyon) quite often. I just got a new puppy who is currently in training and I was told by the manager Jaime Piceno that I needed to stand outside the store window and call in my order because he won’t let the puppy in because he doesn’t have a license yet.
This manager has consistently given me a difficult time when I only had one dog with a license. He needs to be removed because asking a customer to stand outside the door and call in an order is ridiculous. He told me to leave the dogs outside which I cannot do.
and legally you can’t tell me to leave my one dog who has a license outside. This man is very difficult and doesn’t represent the friendly attitude of the neighborhood! He also doesn’t know the rules…
