I walked in store 10898 El Paso Texas asked clerk for change and he said he’s not an exchange machine.. refused to give me his name

This a really bad encounter I had with a member of one of your employee's at the Alon Location of ........ 5401 Kathryn Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108.

I live very close by and have and do spend between sixty to two hundred dollars a week at this Location for the Last 5 years most of the employees there know me and they are all good nice and honest workers.

But this is where the exception stalled. A relatively new guy at the store goes by the name of Asti. a black male who clearly hates his Job, and should not be there in the first place.

So this is what took place: On Saturday morning at around Noon on 7/6/2023 I was to purchase 6 cans of Fosters beer and some cold meals as he went back for the beer he came back with 4 cans. to which I politely said sorry I wanted 6 ...... what happened…

This store has its own hours. Employee is sleeping overnight inside store. Store opened at 6:23 this morning. You must rehire or close store.

They sold me a iTunes card with invalid codes

U guys should paint your stores with a more paint that can attract ur view your stores look real simple like boring doesn't even make u wanna stop

5830 Dyer St, El Paso, TX 79904 is closed every morning. They put a sign on the door that says closed until 8 or 9. One morning the employee was sleeping on the floor. I walk to work, and it's the only location I can stop to get stuff.

I have been to store twice this week to purchase fuel and the twenty cents off per gallon that was offered and earned through purchasing fifty dollars of in store products in the month of February has not been given at pump. Granted I have received the 3cent member discount but disappointed not to get promised discount

Every time I go into that store nothing rings up right and they said that they can not fix it that I would have to pay like milk $3.49 at the register 649 and if I wanted it I would pay that price coax buy two get one free does not work will not help you with all of that Coke machine always down every time we go in there most maybe once every month you get a Coke very rude nasty dirty cabinets

76. These transactions took place while attempting to use the scanner in the store. I noticed that a receipt was not printing and store staff advised to try the transaction again resulting in two charges on my account. I did complete what I thought was the ONLY transaction using the register.

When I got to my car and noticed that the two prior transactions were debited from my account I submitted a prior complaint. I was contacted by Amanda Tolbert on 11/7/2022 and talked to her from 432-703-7210 @ 3:10pm, who took my information and advised that I would be reimbursed. Ms.

Hi, I was just wondering why for the past three times when the 20 cents off is going on every 7-11 in Wichita falls Texas shut the pumps off and says they are out of gas. I have seen the truck delivering gas at 4am to the 7-11 two blocks from my house and at 530pm when returning from work the pumps are still closed but like clock work at 12am they are working again? Seems odd to me.

your manager at the DK fuel station was uncooperative in a police matter. Claims she has no knowledge of looking for video surveillance, or how to get a copy to the police department for prosecution purposes. Claims to have no knowledge of where the corporate office is, or a phone number to corporate.

She was very rude and again, uncooperative in a police matter. I did not catch her name, but she was the "manager" in duty at 10:15am on 10/3/2022 If i were a real DK manager, I would be worried about this so call store manager for many reasons.

Was driving through town to get to another job site and had to use the restroom bad. So i stopped into the dk alon store on 600 south grandview ave in odessa texas at 10:50 am on 8/12/2022. The cashier pointed me to them and not 2 seconds into doing my business she knocks on the door.

I said occupied and then a couple seconds later she knocked again and got mad telling me i couldnt be in there. I come out of the restroom and went to buy a can of snuff and she rudely said you should have done that at home I'm tired of cleaning up everyones messes.

I told her that i leave my house at 5 am everyday and i was passing through. Very disrespectful and rude. Well never stop and buy anything including gas from dk from now on

Alan Gas Station 8115 - 896 CR 1460, Ninnekah, OK 73067. I've never seen such a mistake in a commercial business. _Cash only at the pumps - Did not purchase any. _AC down inside store with door propped open with A & W pop cases.

RUDE ATTENDANT. No paper for receipt at gas pump. Just stopped at 4140 S Briant Blvd in San Angelo at 138PM & advised clerk there is never any paper at gas pump when I stop by to fill up going to San Antonio or coming back to Lubbock.

She snapped right back saying she "is not" going to go out and put paoer6 in machine every hour. You'd think this would be part of her job. Anyway I mentioned I'd not stop there anymore and she said that was okay!
