You have a employee by the name of Tracy and he was very disrespectful and smelled of alcohol on a past Air Tran flight. I am just now complaining about this because I have the time to do so. I know it's been awhile, but I still wish someone will get back to me on this matter because it is unacceptable manner in a business.
I was travelling to Mexico and it was through Air Tran. Best in class survive is what I received. From the time of boarding till I landed there, I was taken good care of. The crew was pleasing at Air Tran.
I would recommend AirTran to others. Flight attendants were very polite and ticket price was much cheaper than other airlines. Aircraft was neat and clean. Food served was fresh and tasty. The flight left and arrived on time as per the schedule which is a positive point.
I would definelty look to travel through Air Tran next time as well.
