I recently had a rather disappointing experience with a pizza I ordered from your establishment. As a longtime fan of Pizza Hut, I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention. On 09/22/2023, I placed an order for 4 medium pizzas and Pineapple pizzas from your 3429 East Tremont Avenue (Bronx)branch. I must admit, I was really looking forward to indulging in one of my favorite treats after a long time. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet my expectations. Upon opening the pizza box, I immediately noticed a concerning and unpleasant smell emanating from the pizza. It was quite off-putting, and I was hesitant to continue. To my surprise, when I inspected the pizza, I discovered pieces of bacon mixed in with the pineapple topping. This was extremely disappointing as I had ordered a vegetarian pizza with pineapple, and finding bacon in it was both unexpected and unsatisfactory. This experience was particularly disappointing for me, as I had been looking forward to enjoying Pizza Hut pizza again after a long time. I believe in the quality and taste that Pizza Hut is known for, but this incident left me with a negative impression. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take the necessary steps to ensure such errors do not occur in the future.
