I purchased a dishwasher in February 2023. It was installed incorrectly and the dishwasher and the cabinet was damaged. The contractor that installed the dishwasher is CRST. Since February I have had continued frustration in contacting CRST. They have ignored my messages, and although they say the phone calls are recorded they never seem to know the situation. They asked me for two repair damage estimates which I provided with photographs. CRST then handed the complaint to Hartford Insurance. The representative requested a more detailed repair estimate which I provided with photographs. They agreed to the repair of $400.00. I am filing a complaint because I asked Lowe's if they would upgrade the dishwasher which is a $400.00 upgrade from the original. I was denied the request. After 7 months of not having a dishwasher, being aggravated over and over, having to e-mail, send pictures, talk to contractors, I feel this is the least Lowes can do. That is the reason I am filing a complaint.
