Made a mobile app delivery order on 11/4 that consisted of one large pizza order of cinn rolls and 8 wings. This was around 9:15 pm. Location of the store was on Hamilton Road in Bloomington Illinois. When they delivered my food they forgot my wings. I tried calling the store and they did not answer. So I drove out to the store at 10:30 pm. When I told the person working what happened he asked if I wanted them remade. I said yes. Not once did anyone offer an apology. I received no refund of any kind. After the food was made he handed the wings to me and the only thing that came out is his mouth was “here you go”. There was two people working. No other orders. The phone rang twice when I was there and neither person answered the phone . I normally do not complain but this was really poor costumer service. I paid $6 for a delivery fee and I still had to come pick up my food. I at least should get the delivery fee back.
