I hope this message finds you well. My name is Wladyslaw Katsuba, and I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase at your 7-Eleven convenience store located at 1613 Columbus Rd, Burlington, NJ 08016. On 12.06.2034, at approximately 4-6PM, I purchased a phone charger from your store for $13.85, as evidenced by the attached payment confirmation screenshot.
Unfortunately, the purchased charger not only functioned poorly but also charged at an extremely slow rate, approximately 5% per hour. Realizing the product's defects, I returned to the store 15 hours after the initial purchase on December 7th at 8:10 AM (New Jersey time).
I sought a refund, initially prompting your staff to inquire about whether I preferred a refund. However, to my disappointment, I was later informed that a refund was not possible. I attempted to engage in a dialogue with your staff, explaining the malfunctioning nature of the product and expressing my lack of need for it.
Regrettably, my concerns were not heard, and I left the defective item at the store.
I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate measures to facilitate a refund. The attached documentation serves as proof of purchase. I believe in the fair and ethical business practices upheld by 7-Eleven and hope for a swift resolution to this matter.
